I took my husband here for a PT Evaluation on January 5th, 2016. I was astonished at the unprofessional commentary that came out of the old man’s mouth. I didn’t even get his name because he didn’t bother introducing himself. My husband is recovering from a Stroke, he is 36 years old and from the minute we got into The Gym for the Evaluation it was all negative(e.g. count your blessings your lucky to be alive, your never going to move your arm again so then there’s no point in working with something that’s dead, etc.) This evaluation lasted less than 15 minutes and in that small time frame he was able to get to know his future patient? I think not and much less a lifetime determination on what my husband will and will not be able to do because he can move his arm and some of his fingers, but of course we weren’t even allowed to say a bleep. Sadly, this is the kind of treatment that is very typical in this healthcare system. I called my insurance and filed a grievance against this facility. Very poor service and awful ethic. Not professional at all maybe it’s time for this PT to retire!!!

Very rude PH, the old man is very unprofessional. He yells and screams to patients. If patients have a question, he would answered so loud that the other patients in the cubicles and family members that are in the waiting room can hear his voice. He embarrassed everyone and treat them like he was lecturing kids. No compassion and respect at the time to receive the medical treatment. I don’t recommend it.

Not the friendliest physical therapist. He was INCREDIBLY unhelpful when I needed a copy of a report he had a written and refused to cooperate with another doctor of mine. I found him very unprofessional.
