Where do I even begin?! Nathanial and Tania went above and beyond for my husband, myself and our wedding anniversary party! We were looking for a day of coordinator for our reception. As the day approached Nate helped us with all the kinks and questions that my husband and I had. On the day of(with the rain quickly approaching & a half inside, half outside venue) Nate was able to get us all situated and mostly dry! Towards the end of the night, we wanted to move the party over to a local pub and Tania and Nate helped our wedding party get everyone over to the bar safely. We don’t have the words to thank Nate and Tania for all their hard work and dedication to Blue Truffle. I will recommend them every chance I get! Nate & Tania: Thank you so so much for everything!

Our venue required a day of coordinator, so I scoured the internet until I came across Blue Truffle(Nathaniel Fuentes). I found him on Craig’s List, and I was initially attracted to the affordability of his services(my husband and I were on a tight budget). After one conversation with Nathaniel though, I was confident that he had much more than affordable services to offer — he really knew the ins and outs of catering, event planning, coordinating, etc. I knew right away that I wanted to hire him for our wedding. We ended up contracting him for 9 hours at a really, really great rate. We used 8 hours for the wedding day and 1 hour for a pre-wedding venue walkthrough, where we went over the timeline and final details. He was super flexible with how we used the hours and even offered additional opportunities to meet up at no extra cost. We thought that as a day of coordinator, Nathaniel would only be around for our wedding day, but he really went above and beyond. In addition to his day of coordinator duties, like setting up/removing decorations, assisting vendors, following the timeline, etc., he always answered emails promptly, he called all of the vendors multiple times to coordinate with them weeks before the wedding, and he even arrived early to set up. It was evident that he took pride in his work, and he really cared about making this a great experience for us and our guests. We really appreciated that! Once the wedding started, we got to see his skills in action. He coordinated with all of the vendors, and everything went smoothly. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about every minute detail — Nathaniel took care of it all. We even had a rowdy guest(who was escorted off the property eventually), and Nathaniel handled the situation like a pro(and with a smile on his face to boot). We feel so lucky to have found somebody like Nathaniel who met(and exceeded!) all of our wedding needs. He started off as our day of coordinator, but now he is our friend!

If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, Tania is great! One of my bridesmaids utilized Tania in the past & had only positive things to say about her work so I decided to meet with her. I told her that I wanted to have a Day of Coordinator; she was very pleasant, receptive and positive. Throughout the planning process she had great ideas and was prompt to reply to my messages or phone calls. We met in person a few times and she was accommodating to a location that was good for both her and I. She also was in contact with my event planner at our wedding site where I also received positive feedback about her professionalism & response time. On the Day of my wedding she was extremely helpful, professional and welcoming to my guests. She took control along with our DJ of the flow of the evening; there were no issues or problems. At the end of the night she had already coordinated everything so that all we had to do was get in our car and leave. She was exceptional and I would definitely recommend her & Blue Truffle for your next special occasion. I know I will be using her in the future if I have another big event.
