I love coming here! Always have great people working here, never worried in gonna get someone who is in a bad mood. The food is great, sometimes you can tell which have been sitting out longer than others. But that’s on a slower day. They are very professional about their job. While waiting in line now, a customer was getting upset over a rule the employee was refusing to break. The lady wanted to speak to the manager and went off on him. He seemed to have handled it expertly. I don’t know exactly what happened, but he calmed her and went on with working. Anyways, I recommend this place for anytime food!!!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! You get what you come here for, a thanksgiving meal. Honestly what is there to complain about? Like the majority of people, I haven’t been to a Boston Market in years, my friend and I were craving a bunch of vegetarian sides late at night and this was the perfect place. Corn, stuffing(this is vegetarian, right?), mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, and of course, cornbread. Totally hit the spot. I felt very satisfied which gives this place 4 stars. What makes it five is the very awesome customer service Cristal T. gave us. She had a very welcoming demeanor, very patient(I can be a bit indecisive), and always had a friendly attitude and genuine smile. Also, they were out of Mac & Cheese but she made sure they brought out more in a timely manner. Thanks Cristal! oh, and she was quick.

I have not eaten here in years so i stopped today to try. I saw workers talking and very slow service. When the line was about eight people long they had the worker that was bussing tables come over and start serving people without washing his hands. This after handling a towel used to wipe tables and picking up trash. It was enough for me so I left without getting food.

Man this place was horrible. The food. Gelatinous, processed, mushy lumps of awfulness. I had better when I was in boot camp 15 years ago. If you’re eating here, you’re either desperate or starving or cheap.

I’ve always loved Boston Market and have been eating at them since the 1990’s back when Cypress had a location. Now the only location I know of is this one in Huntington Beach. I usually get the dark meat chicken or the turkey plate. Meat is always moist and flavorful. I love the fact there are so many different side dishes to choose from. My favorites are the stuffing and the creamed spinach. During my last visit they were advertising meal packages for Thanksgiving. Since this year it was only going to be my wife and my parents over there was no point in getting a giant turkey so we gave Boston Market a shot. I ordered online where you pick the date and time you want to pick it up, we picked 11⁄24. I got the full turkey breast, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, artichoke dip, and pumpkin pie. My wifed picked up the meal after work and there was zero wait. On thanksgiving everything was easy to heat up. The turkey breast weighed almost 3 pounds and came in a oven proof bag. You cook it for 90 minutes in the oven and it ended up being a most moist and flavorful turkey breast. The oven bag keeps it from drying out. Everybody loved it. My mom is a vegetarian so it was just 3 meat eaters. With the amount of turkey leftovers I’d say it could easily feed 5 carnivores. Sides too were plenty for 4 and probably could feed 5. 6 is a stretch. The food was a big hit and I highly recommend if you want a easy lazy way to feed a group during the holidays.

Wanted to order 2 chicken meals, one with mashed pot/gravy and one with green beans. Had to wait for them since most side dish trays were empty on the serving line. After the wait we got home and found potatoes with no gravy. First visit but prob wont go back. Not well managed

Something about Boston Market takes me back to my childhood. I get the meatloaf with tomato sauce and of course a double serving of the mac n cheese. There are days where I will specifically crave just their mac n cheese. The cornbread is always on point. Plus they have one of those crazy drink machines that has over 40 drinks or something. The inside of the restaurant is pleasant to sit down in and enjoy your meal. The workers are usually pretty friendly. Never had a negative experience at this location and I’ve been coming here for years.

Friendly staff. Clean. Food taste good. Love their bottomless soup deal. Their mashed potatoes taste like homemade mashed potatoes. Their cornbread is always hot, fresh, and fluffy. I have been coming to this location for many years and hopefully they will be here for a long long time because it is my go to place for Chicken Noodles Soup.

I think it’s been over a decade since I last stepped into a Boston Market and that experience was too long ago to remember. Anyway, so despite working in the immediate area and always driving by this Boston Market — I never actually checked it out until a few days ago for lunch. I walked into the store and instantly you are greeted. Of course the store was sorta empty at the time, so no idea how it would be different if it were busier, but the two times I’ve gone for lunch, I was always greeted as soon as I entered, which is always a nice first impression. The menu options is vast — I always go for the Individual Meals, which comes with your choice of entrée(prices vary) and two sides. I really like how they put the estimated calorie count next to each food item(doesn’t really change the fact that I’ll still go for my favorite Three Piece Dark Chicken, but its nice to see the values there anyway). I really like how the sides look presentable and actually visually appetizing. I’ve been to a lot of places where the sides look old/stale or they aren’t even displayed to the customer. It’s nice that I’m able to see what I’m going to be eating for sides, rather than select it off a menu and have it served behind the counter. I think a cornbread is served with your meal too — at least I got one for each meal I had so far. The food is prepped on the spot and the clerk carries it out to your table. They have one of those super cool 40+ types of drinks soda machine at this location. This is awesome, because its hard to find a restaurant that carries Diet Coke with Vanilla(this one does). Another plus is the food is served on actual dinnerware if you dine-in. I know it doesn’t seem like that big of a deal, but I think it really adds to the dining experience when you’re eating off a real plate, sides that come in real cup things, and you’re eating with real cutlery/utensils vs plastic/paper types. It’s also environmentally friendly too. The restaurant itself is clean and I didn’t notice any of the«run-down» problems the other reviewers wrote about. Of course I only started eating here like a few days ago, and the parking lot looks freshly paved, so I’m thinking some changes were made since the previous reviewers and when I came to visit. The employees have been friendly on both my visits — and I think its nice that they come out during your eating session to check up on you. Prices are a bit higher here than other fast-casual dining places with similar food offerings in the immediate area(El Pollo Loco is like 20 feet away) — but I think the difference you get in service, taste and quality makes up for the extra one or two dollars you end up paying. Free wifi is a plus! I signed up for their VIP Club and I haven’t received anything. But other than that — this is now one of my favorite lunch stops.

I’ll give them another star today. Better than last time, still run down, but clean and the food is fresh. Hopefully the franchisee is reading these comments and plans to remodel. If it is a company store… Wake up McDonald’s, put some money into it!

The food is good. The people serving the food and taking it out to you are really nice. I like the ice tea machine, has four different varieties to choose from. What’s not so nice is the place looks really run down, not very clean, had dead winged type bugs on the walls near the booth and this was not by the windows. Not appealing to eat here. Best to get your food to go.

Waited twenty minutes in line for them to tell us that they ran out of chicken… Okay so Boston Market that SPECIALIZES in chicken runs out of their specialty? What were they going to serve us… Sides? I wouldn’t have been so mad if they would’ve let us know when we entered the establishment. Poor management. The workers seemed like they didn’t even care. Real nice Boston Market!

I’m a fan I quick healthy meals that I DON’T ACTUALLY have to cook myself. That is where this place comes in. When I was a wee ladd it seemed like these places were all over. It was GRET that one was near my house and made dinner and lunch times very easy and almost a think-less process. It was GREAT once they incorporated there sammiches as well and then salads because it REALLY made the grab and go process quick. Then they much to my dismay they slowly disappeared closing several CONVENIENT locations until I thought they had went out of business but apparently they have NOT. I found this location while searching for places for some add on for my Christmas/Turkey Day meal and they popped up on the radar. So finally wanting something different to eat and sick and tired of just about everything and STILLNOT wanting to cook I pulled up there location and headed over. The parking lot was pretty full but I still found a parking spot right in front. I hop out and there is a bit of a live but it was fine because it gave me a chance to check out the menu and see what was new and what wasn’t. I quickly noticed they have a bunch of desserts in the form of brownies, cookies and pies. You could buy either the entire pie or a slice. Most of the sides and meats were the same but they did have cod which was new to me. The live moved quickly and soon it was my turn to place my order and I went with a family meal for 4 peeps. It came with your choice of meat(turkey, chicken or meatloaf, ribs were extra), 4 sides and 4 cornbread muffins. I went with the turkey and got the mixed veggies, cinnamon apples, corn, greens, 2 mini cranberry sides that are apparently NOTFREEANYMORE, and my 4 corn bread muffins. I also added in some chicken soup for lunch the next day and a slice of apple pie. I paid and hopped back ii my car and headed home. Once home I dug in and prepared my plate. The turkey was ok NOTHING special, the mixed veggies could have used some seasoning, the greens were bland and form fat back or ham should have been used as seasoning. The cornbread was a bit on the small and dry side but the corn was ok. Again NOTHINGSPECIAL. I didn’t care for the cranberry sauce and it was just a waste of money. The soup was ok but I only had a spoonful of that. And lastly the apple pie was DISGUSTING! It was wet. The crust was mushy and the apple innards were tasteless. Have you EVER heard of season people? The entire meal lacked… TASTE! I was REALLY disappointed and can understand why so many locations closed. I’m actually surprised that they are even in business with food like that. YIKES! I will say the customer service was SUPERB. Everyone was SUPERDUPERFRIENDLY and NICE! The restaurant was clean and the service was quick even with a bit of a line. But that food! Goodness gracious! Now I’m stuck with leftovers that I REALLY feel deserve the trash but I’m going to try and salvage the turkey and veggies and make mini turkey pot pies! That is AFTER I season it! I can’t say I will be rushing back or even crawling back ANYTIMESOON! SUPERDISAPPOINTED! Get it together!

First time here today; and man, I’m in love! How come nobody told me before that I can get Thanksgiving food year-round at Boston market?!? I got the half chicken meal at $ 8, with two sides(I chose potatoes and corn). Everything was absolutely amazing, very tasty! I would come back just for their brownie alone. Service was also great; definitely will be back! May come back this Saturday, actually :)

If I could give them no stars, I would. My last post resulted in me being contacted by marketing and asking me to call in. I did and was told the general manager would be in touch within a week. Till this day, I have not heard back. I also choose to not give them my holiday business either because of never being contacted back. It goes to show this manager could care less about his stores, which means they could care less about their customers.

Wow, worst management ever. I came to Boston Market the day before Thanksgiving to have a late lunch. The line was busier than usual. As we are in line, we notice a constant phone ringing and nobody pickup the phone the entire time. The staff decided, hey let’s ignore the phone. The lady in front of us wanted to order a Turkey dinner. She was told by a rude employee that they are not taking any more orders at the moment and to call back after 4PM. She then asked, and I quote«you mean to tell me that you’re not picking up the phone now, but you going to after 4PM and that you may or may not have turkey dinners available?» This poor guest spent a lot of time attempting to call the store but wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone decided to physical go into the store. What a waste of time. I’m upset for this poor lady. The whole time the employee was rude and looking away as she was talking. You do not treat customers like that!!! The constant phone ringing continued throughout my lunch there. I’m so freaking annoyed! Give me a whip cream pie and I’ll throw it in the manager’s face. Would I come back? Yeah… the chicken is so damn good and there are no other locations around. I love and Hate you Boston Market!!!

Was starving so got here with a friend right before closing and ordered 2 specials. He got the meatloaf which was fine. But I ordered the advertised Rotisserie chicken special. Nobody was inside and the 2 guys working there gave me one of the premade plates under the heat lamp. It tasted very lukewarm so I only ate half. This was 6 days ago. Fast forward to the next morning and I had the worst diarrhea of my entire life. For about 5 days. Lost 5 pounds. Didn’t even want to eat. Just started feeling back to normal yesterday thank God. I am a grown man and I was really scared that I might have had to go to the hospital for awhile. Yikes! BM lost me as a customer forever because I have not had a BM in nearly a week.

Half chicken, 2 sides, corn bread and 32oz drink…$ 8.29 Used $ 3 off $ 6 purchase printable online coupon. After watching an episode of Undercover Boss, we decided to try Boston Market. Poor Ronnie got terminated for telling it like it is. Oh well. We printed out the online coupon which was $ 3 off a purchase of $ 6 or more. You can also get this same coupon by signing up on their email list. The half chicken, 2 sides and corn bread is $ 8.69 and the drink is $ 1.99. After savings and tax the total comes to $ 8.29. A pretty decent deal. The ladies working there are very friendly and acknowledged us right away once we entered. The dinners were brought to our table and it all looked great. The chicken was moist and just enough seasoning. The creamed spinach was my favorite. The loaded potatoes were also delicious. It’s mashed potatoes with bacon, cheese and other goodness. I sampled the sweet potato casserole as well. A bit on the sweet side like a dessert but still good. The dining area was clean and well stocked on condiments. The ladies were busy wiping down tables, offering to take care to finished plates, and simply taking«extra steps» in customer service. Very refreshing as opposed to being in a fast food place hearing your number being yelled out and your premade burger bag handed to you. Sorry Ronnie you got canned on Undercover Boss but it led me to try out Boston Market and Yay! I’m a fan.

SOMOISTANDDELICIOUS! Their rotisserie chicken is awesome! I came in just wanting a quick meal but was pleasantly surprised by how amazing the meat actually tasted. :D Very reasonable prices and the place is super clean. I try not to eat much fast food, but I will make an exception for Boston Market as it’s good ol’ comfort food. You won’t believe how happy I was to drive by and find out that they still existed as I had not had Boston Market since before I moved to Orange County! Surprisingly, the food tasted better than I remembered. When does that ever happen!!! I ordered a Boston Market bowl which came with your choice of protein and two sides. Obviously, I got their amazingly moist chicken for my protein. For my sides, I got macaroni and cheese and green beans. The macaroni and cheese was very creamy and tasted great! Not overly cheesy and gross like how most fast food places make it. Green beans were very good but not outstanding. However, they were my veggies so I was happy. The bowls were a nice big portion size for the price of like seven dollars with tax. Boston Market is a great option if you want a fast easy meal! :) If you make some good choices, it’s not only delicious but can be pretty healthy as well. If you choose the wrong sides though, it’s pretty easy to eat over a thousand calories in one meal! However, if you want to treat yourself to a cheat meal, the pot pies and cornbread are also AMAZING!
