Finding a good, independent auto repair facility is not an easy thing. I’ve twice had my car serviced by Bruce and I couldn’t be more pleased. I’m a «car guy» and I know my way around a motor vehicle. After having been taken for a sucker by another independent in H.B. (their initial $ 250 estimate was upped to $ 2800 citing all kinds of things I knew I did not need) Bruce was a customer in our bike shop. He struck me as a straight shooter and he certainly is. My recent experience came in hundreds of dollars less than I expected with the work being done right and less than a day turnaround.
I cannot recommend Britton’s highly enough.

I won’t take my car anywhere else. Bruce, his family and staff are honest, caring people. They always treat me like family and my vehicles like one of their own. Whenever a repair is made, Bruce walks me through everything and explains every repair thoroughly — always showing me the old, worn out parts that he’s replaced. I’m so thankful to have a place to take my family and work vehicles to without any worry or concern. I’ve pointed many friends to Britton’s and ALL of them have had great experiences. Take your car to Britton’s, you won’t be disappointed!

I have been taking both of my cars to Bruce for years. Always excellent work, fair prices, and willing to squeeze you in for the unexpected breakdown. I have a background with over 20 years with Ford Motor Co. Brittons is a welcome change from the «factory» rat race. You will always recieve excellent service and very fair prices. Brittons is a family shop that your family can trust. Thank you for being there when we need you.

Fixed my car that had issues from a different mechanic, AND fixed it in a quick time frame. Very good customer service and knowledge. I have now found the only place I feel comfortable taking my car. Bruce really keeps this place running :)

Where else can you go and get a good honest mechanic? WE found it! Bruce and his staff take the time to evaluate all issues will your car and call with you an estimate. Love their work.
