We hired Ken to do a home inspection on a house we were buying. Best money we ever spent! He was professional, thorough and honest. He closely inspected each area of the house and highlighted for us the major safety concerns he found with the electrical, HVAC and room additions. He emailed us both a summary and a longer report including pictures and detailed information we could easily use to follow up on the items he noted. We did follow up with professionals in each area he suggested and determined the house was not going to work for us. Update: We hired Ken to do an additional home inspection on another property. He exceeded our expectations again. He was careful and thorough and honest about what he found especially with regards to safety items. He made sure I understood exactly what the issues were and who I needed to contact for more information or service. I appreciated him taking the time to review his findings with me in person as well as sending me a detailed report and summary. His list made it easy for us to put together a repair list for the seller. Money well spent. This guy knows his stuff!

Ken @Cal West is a very knowledgeable, very thorough, and very professional Home Inspector. He is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet, and is super easy to deal with.
