The last few times I’ve gone to Chili’s, it has not been a great experience. The place will have little customers, yet they always seat us near the kitchen. The food is less than mediocre and they don’t typically offer any kind of compensation when complaints are made. Service is slow and it takes a long time for them to bring your food. They seem to have a hard time getting all orders ready and the same time. Meals were either too hot(probably microwaved) or not warm enough, like it’s been sitting there for a while.

Went here for night before Valentine’s Day dinner and walked right in and got a seat. probably because it was just two of us! Our male waiter was awesome and very friendly! Tableside guacamole was perfect! I love the sauce for the Quesadilla, EXCELLENT! Will definitely be back!

This place would be so much better if they didn’t use such ridiculously high amounts of salt. I sent a good portion of my food back because of the excessive amount of salt that was in and on everything. The food deserved no more than one star but the service was friendly although a bit disorganized. Three people seemed to be waiting on us resulting in some confusion. They ended up giving us a discount, but my companion swore he’d never go back.

I was disappointed in the food and the service. Our waiter was super nice but super slow and forgetful. We got the pick 3 appetizer and it was good. We ordered chips and salsa too and that came out after the appetizer which I thought was weird, aren’t chips and salsa ready to go? Meals were okay… The salad was a little soggy and the steak in the fajita was super chewy. Disappointed honestly. He also forgot the rice and beans we asked for and tried charging us for it. He ultimately took it off after I asked him but this place isn’t anything special.

Tonight’s service was horrible. Our waitress wasn’t attentive at all and only brought us water when we flagged down and manager type person. Ever since Corey left it hasn’t been the same but I keep trying. Tonight made me doubtful

We had dinner here tonight and we all left fat and happy. Enjoyed chips, guacamole, steak, burgers and soup and salad. The Server, Ryan, was wonderful. He remembered our orders, names and treated us with the utmost respect. I hope to return again and again in the near future. Great first impression. Thank you!

3 because the food quality is sub-par. The plastic drink glasses seem so dirty, and one of my silverware forks were dirty. Sloppy. Parking is also not easy. The toffee brownie is not something i would order again. The brownie didn’t have the right flavor or consistency. The steak fajitas had very tasty spices but the meat had stringy fat. Doesn’t come with rice and beans, which I wish it did. Chicken crispers were pretty good but too oily. The cheese fries were what is expected… Cheesy… Good but it isn’t something hard so make good.

I came here with my boyfriend the other night. I haven’t had Chili’s in AGES… I used to really like those chicken crispers as a kid and I just felt like I really wanted to eat it so I forced him to come here. I ordered what I wanted. Actually, they aren’t the same as I remembered(or as good) or maybe my tastes have grown since I loved those when I was 12 or so… that is 20 years ago now –_– The food was decent but I wouldn’t say spectacular or anything but the reason for giving 5 stars is because the service was AMAZING. My bf ordered a steak an the chick who brought it out asked him to cut into it to make sure it’s cooked to his satisfaction.(HOWMANYPLACESDOTHAT??) The other guy was really good about asking if we need anything and refilled drinks without us asking as well. I will definitely reccomend this place based on good service.

We came here for lunch and got the two for 35 deal. We started with chips and guacamole. Towards the bottom of our chip pile, after eating most of it, we found a raw chunk of chicken just chilling there. Gross! Accidents happen though. We let our waitress know, who was super nice, and she told the manager. The manager took down our info, comped our meal and gave us coupons for a future meal. As gross as it was, I will be back. They handled it perfectly and the rest of the food tasted great and our waitress was attentive and kind. Accidents happen, like I said, but they should definitely double check there’s no raw chicken in your chip pile. Also, the fries here are the !

The food was really good. We had 2 bacon cheeseburgers, baby back ribs, chicken fajitas, table guacamole and 2 orders of Texas Fries. All from their 2 for $ 20 deal, the only part that sucked was the front of the restaurant. She was really a space cadet and didn’t help when I asked her for s big booth so I can lay down my son who was sleeping, so I had to carry him and try to eat with 1 hand.

I was headed to Wahoos and the parking lot on(a busy Friday night) was full. I didn’t want to wait, or walk some ungodly distance just to eat, so I whipped into the lot nearby Chili’s Grill. I ordered the ribeye steak, which included mashed potatoes and veggies. As a presentation gimmick, the potatoes are served in a mini metal skillet. The steak was okay, but for some reason, it wasn’t as savory or juicy as your usual ribeye. I think the cook pressed the meat down on the grill(to accelerate cooking/searing), which expelled much of the juicy goodness. Now, we come to my fancy mashed potato side order. The skillet potatoes were nuked by some slap happy line cook to about five trillion(or cinco billón) degrees. Consequently, my first bite of potatoes scalded the roof of my mouth and tip of my tongue to a level far greater than what one might receive from a piping hot slice of pizza. The end result is you have a 3rd degree burn in your mouth, which no amount of cold Pacifico beer can remedy(as improptu First Aid). If you’re the Kitchen Manager of Chili’s, do me a favor and find the line cook who prepared my mashed potatoes on 11/20/2015 at 7:15 p.m. Take them aside and give him/her instructions on how to cook without injuring a customer. Then, apply a corrective comedic Three Stooges style bitch slap across the cook’s face and say, «Nuk-Nuk-Nuk.» I guarantee the sting of that slap won’t last as long as the burning sensation I still feel in the roof of my mouth one day later.

The chips are super salty, and my wife doesn’t like their wine or margaritas, yet we’ve made it a habit to go here before the $ 3 movie next door at Regency Charter. I like the service, the three TV sets at the bar, and the iced tea so I’m good. Tex-Mex yourself before you wreck yourself.

I love Chili’s! Their new menu items are excellent! My husband and I are come here once a week and sit in the bar area to watch whatever sports game is on that night. We are addicted to their Skillet Queso and my husband always orders the Ranchero Chicken tacos. Me being a soup lover can’t decide which one is the best. Every one is delicious. The bar service is great as well!

Slowwwwwwww I have been sitting here for an hour. The 4 people who were seated 3 minutes ahead of us have eaten and already left. No communication whatsoever. Terrible service, never coming back.

I personally love this location and their staff. I came here on a Wednesday night around 8:45pm & the place was empty. We self seated ourselves in the bar lounge and was immediately greeted by our server/bartender who, throughout the 1.5 hours being there, gave us and others A++ customer service! You can tell he’s super outgoing and attentive and made our experience that much better. 2 for $ 20 dinner is always a hit. My personal favorites are the texas cheese fries &6 oz. sirloin. The cook on the steaks(from previous experiences) are a hit or miss but they do allow you to cut into it to see if it’s the way you like. Definitely recommend the tropical sunrise margarita if you’re looking for something on the fruity side. Happy starts at 9pm just to let you know! We came in 15 minutes before and we’re, sadly, still too early for happy hour. Overall, great experience in terms of food, drinks, and customer service in the bar. Definitely recommend this location over others.

A great new menu and great deals too. Look for happy hour specials. Parking is a little strange but abundant if you can find the gated lot located behind the restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff always available for your needs before and after your food has arrived. Great fajita prices too but could be comparable to the vibrant picture in the menu. Lots of televisions for your sporting needs located in the large bar area. No worries if its a kid night your looking for they offer a generous kids menu as well as a $ 20 meal for two deal that includes appetizers, a full portion main course and desert. A definite inexpensive night out with or without the kiddos.

Historically I am not the biggest Chili’s fan but I took my daughter today because we had a gift card. The Ziosk tablet on the table was really neat! We don’t normally do video games at the dinner table(or lunch table) but it is a neat little program! I had the chicken bacon sandwich on pretzel bread. So good.

It’s a typical Chili’s, with okay food and overpriced drinks. The parking really sucks, especially if you come in the middle of lunch/dinner. We went today at what looked to be a really busy time. There was a wait for a seat, no empty tables, and the waitstaff was running around looking frantic. Our waitress(didn’t catch her name, but some super sweet young woman with long hair) was extremely apologetic about the wait for food and drinks. The management was TERRIBLE, though. Two guys who looked to be a manager/assistant manager were strolling around the restaurant barking orders at their staff and verbally admonishing them in front of tables of customers. Meanwhile, they did pretty much nothing to help out, and were chatting with each other in full view of customers while people waited to be served. Whoever gave those two the small amount of power they have sure made a bad decision!
