UNBELIEVABLE BANKING! I have all my accounts here… James, Josie, Jacki, Lorraine… where to I end. The customer service is unlike any other bank I have ever done. That’s why I have all my business and personal banking at this particular branch. BEST EVER.

Westminster, CA
This Bank is awesome. I’ve been banking here for about 10 years. Yes, it’s small but it has a real family/​community feel and I don’t go in in peak times so have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. The tellers are all very pleasant and extremely helpful, never chit chat among themselves while ignoring customers and are always professional, yet personable. I always feel welcomed and appreciated there. Great job!

This is a fairly small Citibank branch. The tellers are nice enough. There’s usually only one or two teller windows open, so there can be a wait if they get slammed or have a difficult customer. I don’t go in very often, but it seems like the tellers and customers know each other by name.
