Demitra was excellent! We were new to the area, and needed help in honing down our dream neighborhood. Demitra was very knowledgeable, spent lots of time driving us around neighborhoods and giving us local color. She is very high energy and upbeat with a strong attention to detail. Demitra made things happen in a crazy market ! I would definitely use her again and highly recommend her to others.

Demitra was an absolutely AMAZING agent. We were very lucky to have found her. She spent many weeks with us looking for the perfect home in which we found. She helped educate us throughout the home buying process and always had our best interest in mind. During our closing we met with the current home owners in person several times who also mentioned we had an incredible agent. We were also told by an individual from the seller’s agent’s office when we dropped off papers how knowledgeable Demitra was. We highly recommend Demitra and have passed her name and information on to friends and will use her again when we decide to sell our home.

We met her at one of the open houses in Huntington Beach and we decided to hire her for selling our house and also buying our new house after we met a lot of real state agents. Why her? Because she has a lot of knowledge, information and her personality is just so great. She is always caring, thoughtful and cheerful. I don’t even think we could go through all those stressful process if our agent wasn’t her. Selling and buying houses are not always easy but if you work with her, things are much better. We appreciate all her effort and definitely recommend her!
