Joe Depriest was recommended to me by a neighbor. We live in a faux Victorian house in HB that is covered in tongue and groove wood siding. The sun and beach air had done quite a bit of damage on the house. We needed an expert painter and shopped around extensively for the right guy. After meeting with DePriest we knew we found the right guy.
Joe and his crew started a couple days early, which was great because I needed the house done in time for some events. They were extremely professional and arrived everyday promptly at 8am or earlier. They also cleaned up at the end of each day so our house didn’t feel like a constant construction zone.
They took such care with all of the wood siding and replaced any wood that was damaged by termites or dry rot. He used top of the line products in repairing the wood to make sure that our paint job lasts as long as possible. The project took a little longer than expected but only because of his standard of care.
Joe was also extremely patient in going through color selections. He placed several samples day after day to make sure we were happy with the color. There was never any pressure to make a decision. Instead he helped in the entire process to make sure we didn’t make a decision we regretted.
I would highly recommend Joe DePriest to anyone painting their house. If I could give him 10 stars I would! Prices are fair, quality is excellent and results were beyond our expectations!

Weeks later I keep finding little details that could have so easily been missed or ignored, and they weren’t. The day they completed the job, the crew’s cleanup was so fastidious it was as if they hadn’t been there at all.
