I have been doing metabolic exercises at this boot camp for more than three years. Marilyn and Johnnie are great trainers, and even better people to work with. I lost 20 pounds in eight weeks when I first started, and I am continuing to lose body fat and build muscle. I reduced my weight from 234 pounds to 205 pounds.
When I start my day at this boot camp I feel great, and I have the proper attitude to deal with my stressful job the rest of the day.

This class is great if you’re self employed or have mornings free like me. I’m in my late 30’s and I felt like I was burning off fat instantly. What a comfortable, relaxed and non competitive atmosphere. The staff was very kind, patient and not at all pushy like other Military style bootcamps or Crossfit classes. So, if you’re busy like me and hate wasting time waiting in line at the gym; this is the place for you!

This place is THE best.
Focused on your goals but able to kick your butt, in such a nice way, and also can combine the fitness program with a meal prep service which is just the best.
Different routines daily keep it mixed up enough to keep it interesting and if you want to get healthy, follow the lifestyle of the trainers. They don’t just talk the talk, they walk the walk.
This is THEIR business so they want you to be successful, unlike some of the more ‘corporate’ gyms who are just trying to separate you from your money and don’t have your overall holistic health at heart!!!
I lost 20lbs working with Dreambody and I cant recommend then enough!

Best facility and trainers in Huntington Beach. Most Boot Camp places are extremely expensive and this one is by far the most reasonably priced. I also like it because they have classes for elderly people and young people they cater to both. They have a world-​class gymnastics Center at their disposal and a variety of classes. I have been to five other boot camps in the area and this is the one I stuck with. THey also have the best spring loaded floors which is great for my knees and ankles.

A bought the Groupon in June and glad I did. It is something different and a really fun workout. Thomas is awesome. I am not a bootcamp type of person however the way Thomas conducts his class, it is fun and effective workout. I really enjoy this workout and it has made a difference in my shape. Coworkers and friends have commented that they can see changes and it is all to the bootcamp workouts.

I’ve been working out with Thomas for over 4 months now and I’ve seen such big improvements. After my twins were born, I didn’t have any motivation to work out, yet I wanted to get back to my prebaby body. I feel stronger and look fabulous… I can fit into my clothes again. Thanks Thomas. I got a Groupon and tried them out. I have been to many bootcamps and this one is definitely the best. This one is not only great a getting you in shape, but it is also a very encouraging environment which is what I was looking for!
The workout is the best I’ve found and the intensity variations are awesome!
I would definitely recommend!

I started going to Express Results Boot Camp in February of 2011 with a Groupon after not having worked out regularly for over a year and I absolutely loved it! Since this boot camp is indoors you’re experience is so much different (and better!) than those outdoor boot camps!
I have knee and wrists problems so modifications are key for me in any workout and Thomas and his trainers always have a modified exercise for everything that will still allow you to get a killer workout! The spring loaded floors and squishy mats also help maintain a lower impact workout all while still burning an insane amount of calories!
I drive 20 minutes each way and it is well worth the drive! I would recommend this boot camp to anyone! I’ve become much stronger and lost inches and pounds since starting in February!

This is the greatest workout… and so much fun! I have never been much into gym workouts because they have always seemed to be monotonous and boring, but Express Results Boot Camp is an entirely different experience. The workouts are fast paced, challenging and always different. Because the boot camp is located in a gymnastics training facility, there are lots of fun props to use (think relay races through a foam pit) and Thomas is very creative in mixing things up.
The whole vibe is very positive. Thomas has incredible, positive, motivating energy that pushes you to your personal best and the other «boot campers» are also very supportive, cheering each other on. There is definitely an atmosphere of teamwork and a great mix of people of different ages and fitness levels.
Besides being fun, it is an intense workout. There is almost zero down time, so it is an hour well-​spent. You walk out of the gym completely spent, but feeling great. Not to mention, Express Results Boot Camp also lives up to its name and produces great results. After just a couple of weeks I was looking and feeling better than I had in awhile (time to lose the baby weight!).
Bottom line: Express Results Boot Camp is the best I have experienced.

My husband and I live near the SCATS location, and with a Groupon, decided to give it a try. That was six months ago and we’re still going almost every day (Monday through Friday). We’ve re-​upped twice. All I can say is the results speak for themselves. Being in our upper 40’s, I wasn’t really expecting to see the results that we’ve achieved. Thomas varies the routines so much that we just don’t get bored. It’s really been a nice life-​style change that we feel good about!
