We just had our first tax appointment with Mr. Gates and were beyond impressed. First off, and very importantly, his receptionist was very personable, knowledgable, and responsive. So, our experience right from the beginning was great. There was easy parking, we were served water and had a big selection of current magazines while we waited … A very short wait. Mr. Gates was friendly and courteous. He took the time to get to know us and our family. He was very knowledgable about taxes, and how specifically to work with us according to our family and financial plans. It was hands down the best tax experience we’ve had.
