It was my first time to Pacific City. I saw H&M from PCH and told my wife about it so we checked it out.
This H&M has a huge cosmetics section unlike most. I am not really a fan of H&M because nothing fits me but my wife loves this place.
It’s kind of hard for me to review a place that i don’t shop at but all i can say is its brand new really clean and overlooks a great view of the ocean.
Oh they also Validate for parking which is nice.

Wow! This may just be my new favorite H&M location yet!
I’ve been to Pacific City a handful of times now since they’ve opened, but just stepped foot into this H&M, and boy I am impressed!
This location is bright, clean, and organized — and I hope it stays this way as Pacific City gains popularity. The Men’s dept. is located on the 2^nd floor, with the Women’s on the 1^st.
Along with the women’s dept on the 1^st floor, there is also a MASSIVE H&M Beauty Department that kinda blew me away!
This is the H&M I’ll be shopping at from here on out. Other H&Ms are either really disorganized or the racks are too cluttered and too busy (like most F21 stores) — but this blueprint here is widely spaced out and allows me to shop without feeling claustrophobic.
There isnt a kids dept here, but there are some other kid’s boutiques within Pacific City.
Love this location! Also — be sure to get your parking validated here on the 1^st floor!
