First, I emailed this company to request a bid. Then, since after a couple of weeks from not hearing back from them, I called them and left them a voice mail msg to call me to set up an appt for a bid, I never heard back. Their phone always goes to voice mail. Who knows maybe they’re not open for business. Either way, I’m including my review of ONLY contacting them and receiving no response/call back.

Some Green Initiative
Harbour Pools was «subcontracted» by Gill Hardscape (see my review of them). They installed «pour in place» coping for the pool, a water supply pipe, and a replacement pool light.
Understanding the drought problem in CA, they developed a system to eliminate draining the entire pool. It was the first time that they did this, and there was a lot of learning and experimentation required. The end product was exactly what we wanted. We needed to call them back to remove the tape residue from the tile (used to hold a tarp that collected all the debris instead of letting it fall into the pool). Carl is the president, and Urbano has the very efficient working team.
At the end of their job, we only needed to top up the pool, instead of refilling a 30,000 gallon hole.

Customer service is over the top. They work with you to get quality products within your budget. They also provide great feedback and recommendations for cost saving and low maintenance. Kyle is so personable, experienced and goes the extra mile so you are comfortable with the whole process!
