Helping Hands Cleaning Service

Terrific service that I have used for years for both post-​tenant apartment cleanings and my own home. They are thorough and really do a great job.

10÷24÷15. Reducing star rating because lately they have been careless when cleaning. The latest incident was losing the cap on the OxyClean gel. Instead of mentioning it they placed it upside down on wooden shelving, which ruined the finish. Instead of complaining I am going to cancel the service.
I have used this service for over three years. They have always done what is expected and have been very accommodating with special requests and schedule changes. It is always the same two people so there is no need to explain anything. They know exactly what needs to be done and what my preferences are. I only gave them four stars because nobody is perfect!

We hired this service to clean our house before a Christmas party. Of the 3 hours they spent at the house all they accomplished was cleaning 3 bathrooms and mopping the kitchen floor! …Oh, a lot of talking amongst themselves and on the phone with their boss. They didn’t do a very thorough job, and apparently they feel that dumping a bucket of water on the floor is the same as cleaning it. On top of all this, everything was misplaced once they left, and I hate to accuse someone of stealing, however, I was missing a nailpolish (my favorite one!). Whatever, it was just a few bucks, but it’s the principle of it. Who knows, maybe it’ll show up someday, but I have yet to find it.
I would NEVER recommend this cleaning service to anyone, they seem very sketchy and don’t get the job done. It seems they will drag out simple tasks just so you’ll have them stay longer to make more money.
