Made out car look very nice. When our light went out they didn’t hesitate to reschedule us and repair the problem. We were in and out as told and the color on the kit was very nice and bright. We didn’t have to pay much for what we wanted. Made my durango look very fancy with the change of the kit.

I came to HID Masters after needing new headlights cause my incandescent ones were too dim. I was greeted by Misha (the owner) and he recommended me the 35 watt 6000k HID kit for my headlights. At first, it was a good price for the kit, but I find the kit was not as bright as the 55 watt 6000k HID kit, so I asked if I could exchange or swap the 35 watt for my high beams and 55 watt for my low beams. Of course, it cost me extra (a lot apparently), but I am satisfied with the result.
Note: Misha is really nice, but his dad (I think), can get grumpy or stubborn at times.

Very informative and helpful. I really adore their service. They really know what their talking about. Pricing is Fair to Cheap! The time they finish installing your HID kits is usually half of what they estimate. Very fast! Products are very high quality! Every worker is knowledgeable in what they do. They really go out of your way to help you. A couple of the workers text me a few times after the installation to check if everything was working good.

Wish I could give them 5 stars, as I have recommended several people to this business in the past, but their customer service left me extremely disappointed. This review is long overdue —
I had an HID kit (as well as LEDs all around) installed on my truck over a year ago, and the next day I found tools left between my hood and windshield that chipped the paint under my hood as well as leaving my hood misaligned.
I called them and they said to bring it in so they could check it out — cool. They end up spending a good hour trying to fix the alignment of the hood, until we finally called it good… No big deal. I ended up coming back on a later date to replace a bulb, and they shut the hood on their tools again! This time, it bent the hinge under the hood, to which Misha promised me they would get the part from Toyota and fix it for me.
I gave them all of my contact information, year, make, model, and vin number and patiently waited for a response, to give them ANOTHER chance to fix their mistake.
Over a year later, haven’t heard a single word from them. Tried to call and leave messages, and never got a call back.
Good at installing lights, but horrible customer service.

Great service, got headlights & taillights installed. They did a good job with my vehicle and I am satisfied with the results. Friendly staff, and professional at its best. Definitely recommend to others for automotive lighting needs.

Misha (the owner) is the fucking man.
When I bought my hid kit from him he informed me it comes with lifetime Warrenty.
My harness went bad and he told me me come by I’ll give you a new set hid’s + wiring and harness. Keep in mind I bought my hid kit 4 years ago!

5 Star All Day at HID Masters! Respectively this place deserves nothing less than 5 stars.
In short, I was having trouble with visibility at night and stock low beams were just not doing it in my BMW 735il. So I decided to upgrade to HID 6k.
I was referred by my good ol’ fella’s at Coast Motor Werks BMW & Mini of Irvine. Shout out to my homie Geoff! Referrals are always key and considering CMW’s great reputation with their mechanical ingenuity. I gave HID Masters a shot.
1. Call and make an appointment. This place is crazy busy. So book a slot and drive over.
2. Pick and choose your desired HID kit. Whether it’s a 4k, 5k, 6, 8, etc. 35watt or 55watt… if you’re confused, Brian and Misha will test and demonstrate before installation. Word of advice, spend a little more and buy the 55watt capacitor for a 45% brighter HID. 6k w/​55watt is the way to go. Clean real stock xenon look with a little hint of blue.
3. My installation was quick, took 30 mins. Also installation times vary on each year, make and model. So hope your cars headlights are easy to reach into.
4. Great customer service. Smiley faces. Always a plus.
5. Lifetime Warranty on HID Bulps!!! Any blown bulp, don’t worry about it, take it in and have it replaced.

DO NOT COME TO THESE GUYS FOR HIDS!!! these guys ripped me off for $ 160 three years ago. i had my headlights done on my 2008 dodge charger. i asked for 6000k and they gave me 8000k. my passenger headlight always was weaker than my driver side. ive gone three times to get the right side ballast replaced and mickeymoused to work. im tired of driving all the way from LA to HB just for a headlight. last week the same ballast gave out got fed up and removed the entire HID kit and bulbs. so unreliable. bunch of tangled wires electrical tape and zip ties all over the place. bad product bad service and mischa is rude.

Misha and Bryan were awesome and knowledgeable when it comes to installing HID and Led lights! They did an amazing job on my Honda Accord today! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thanks again guys!

Very friendly while installing the light, however once the light stop working or something wrong with the instalation; the business owner is very unfriendly, unhelpful, unwilling to check the light, no customer service whatever.

Bought some switchback LEDs from here and one broke, so I came back and he said that he didn’t sell them there and he couldn’t replace it. What happened to the warranty they gave me when I bought it? And mika was doing all this with attitude Then he tried to sell me another kind/​cheaper lights for 40 $ and after I said no he said he could order another led bulb of the exact same one that broke for 20 $. And that he could get it in one day. How would he know where to get it if he doesn’t sell them?
Amazon and ddm tuning had the same led lights sold here and way cheaper.

First experienced went very well, but recently on 11−18−15 I went by because my hid bulb was acting up and it had some black residue on it. So I took the bulb off and the guy (dad) put it on a tester and was like the bulb still works it’s fine and that was it. I was asking him questions and he just had an attitude. I took my friend and he was interested in getting hids as well but after he saw that he didn’t want to come here. Thought it was life time warranty. Couldn’t even help me out. Drove over 10 miles for nothing.

I originally gave two stars on the review I posted yesterday because my right headlight went out and then I noticed after I took a picture of the replacement, it looked white instead of blue like all the others. I was upset because it went out only four months after I had purchased it and then also, the cost of gas and time to drive from North Orange to HB and back and then the fact that I thought they replaced it with a white vs. blue bulb and the fact that I’d have to spend more time and gas to drive back to get it replaced.
I’m changing my rating now though, because they responded to my concerns immediately by messaging me early this morning and like Matt said, they did have me out of there within 5 minutes with no questions even asked as for my prior receipt, which I didn’t have, or even my name. I can’t give them two stars based on me not knowing what I’m talking about to say they replaced the bulb with the wrong color, when Matt told me in his message that it wasn’t even the bulb they replaced. So, possibly, it just turned whitish in the 4 months I’ve had it. If I was to do again, I guess I’d go all-​white, so that they’d all match as the gases wear out over time.
I’m not saying that it’s 5-​star products to have a ballast go out after 4 months and to be honest, I’m now afraid that I’ll have to keep going back there over the life of my car, as more go out, but maybe that’s just how HID lights are and maybe I’d have that problem with any company I tried. So, since I can’t compare their HID kits to anyone else’s, in order to figure out how they rate, I’m just going to give them 5 stars for two reasons only: 1) they care enough to respond to their customer’s concerns immediately and they were nice about it and 2) they did take care of me right away when I showed up, completely unannounced, late on a Saturday evening.
Here is what Matt told me in his message:
My name is Matt, I met you Saturday night when you came in. I handled everything for you, even our phone call.
I’m sorry your bulb color is different, but to be honest with you… I didn’t even touch your bulb. It was your ballast that went bad.
What many don’t understand is that an HID bulb is a gas filled bulb. It is not a filament bulb like your factory halogen. When your ballast went out originally, it’s possible that it caused the gasses inside to shift, thus changing the color of the bulb. The light output remains the same.
I am sad to see that you rated us 2 stars. In my opinion I only offer 5 star service and I had you in and out of there within 5 minutes and like you said, no questions asked.
I hope that you will reconsider your review. Especially considering that I am happy to have your bulbs replaced until they match to your expectations.

Went here on 11÷9÷15. I picked up a new pair of bulbs for my car. I got there around 6:30PM before it closed at 7PM. I was in a hurry because I’ve been driving with one headlight and wanted to fix my issue. Started out great and I was in and out in 5 mins. I get home to install them and I noticed only 1 bulb had a rubber bushing. I said «It’s ok, I’ll use my old bushing.» As I continued my install I noticed one of the bulbs (the one without the bushing) was used. I noticed discoloration in the small bubble inside which indicates it has been fired up. I compared it with the other one (the one with the bushing) and it was crystal clear. Upon further inspection, one had a chrome outer ring and the other one had a black outer ring. These were two different bulbs! They were the same type but it looks like it had been swapped out.
I understand customers may only want one, but to pair a used one with an old one is not acceptable. I drove quite a distance to come here and I was very disappointed. I blame myself not checking the product before I left, but I gave this business too much credit. It’s not even worth it to bring it back which is the reason for this review. Paid for the item cash as instructed over the phone. Check your bulbs before you leave! And make sure they match. This is just one customer that won’t be returning.

Their HID suck! I bought my HID from here and I keep on coming back because one of my hid light stop working. The first time I came back he changed my HID bulbs (2 times). Still didn’t work so I have to came back again and he changed my ballast (2 times) still didn’t work so I have to visit this place again and he changed my HID wired still didn’t work. After that I just gave up. When HIDmasters installed my HID couple months later my dashboard lights went haywire. So I went to DDM Tuning bought my HID from them and it works 100 times better than HIDmasters cheap ass brands.

I recently had an HID kit placed in my 2015 Prius. The work he did was flawless and very very fast. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Also upgraded some front LEDs and back up lights. I must say he is the best at what he does. Highly recommend this place for everyone. The prices are far and it was an over all great experience. Definitely will be going back to get more work done.

It’s been 6 months since I got my hid kit and they still work flawlessly! Only came back once to replace the ballast on the left side cuz it was dimmed, they replaced it right away no question asked. They really honor lifetime warranty on their products (a must for any aftermarket hid’s)!

First off let me say thank you. Misha has saved me allot of cash, also he knows pretty much everything that has to do with lighting. Here goes.
I had a friend do a retro fit that didn’t work to well and it finally took a dump. Audio city did my high beams and fog lamps. That quality of that was crap. Misha pointed out I was missing a bunch of clips and bolts. He had some laying around and put in what he could. Now back to the retro fit that took a dump. Misha quoted me for a 2 hour job but did it in half the time. He also restored my lens to like new! I have to say for not knowing me and doing above quality work, he’s a stand up guy and has great integrity. Please look at the photos and you will see quality. I would encourage anyone to give him a try. Just make a appointment first and bring your car in so he can give you a accurate estimate.

It was everything I asked for.
Simple. No more yellow, all I see is 5000k White Light.
Misha knows what he’s doing, I felt very safe with letting him do my lights. Had a small problem but he fixed it efficiently. I will go back so he can do my license plate with some led I bought.

1. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. HIDmasters is a pretty busy shop!
2. Enter through the office by the lunch place. The door might be a little hard to find, but it’s there!
3. Be nice to the dog. He got there first, although he can be a little intimidating…
4. Misha is straight to the point, no bullshitting facts or dancing around anything. This can be construed as stand-​offish, even unfriendly and unwelcoming. The guy’s being straight up honest with you without the coddling. Deal with it.
5. Drive way into the garage is not exactly «slammed» culture friendly. It’s steep, so take your hard angles, people!
6. Misha, I really really appreciated the fact that you told an individual in your shop to move away while having a lit cigarette. It’s easy for an establishment’s owners to «do whatever the f*ck they want» and kick out clients who complain about practices, but you did not.
Over all, I’m happy with the work done to the Mister’s Baby. Since any money spent on the car is taking out of my dinner/​wedding/​shopping funds, I keep a close eye on any work done. Misha was pretty on point with his appointments and time quotes, which I really appreciated. The wire work he did was also very clean and much safer than the last idiot who did the job, so another point to be grateful. Misha, you have my recommendation!
