Running Springs, CA
Anybody planning on a trip to Huntington Beach area in the summer needs to find a place other that this trailer trash location.
Way too many permanent residents that make their place look like a desert shack.
No enforcement of common sense rules. We chose this place in part due to its no skateboarding rule which is ignored. Our dogs were a nervous wreck by the time we left the next morning, giving up two days of pre-​paid reservation.
Great we thought, even has Wi-​Fi and cable, nope! Wi-​Fi was useless and cable wasn’t turned on.
Neighbors had multiple vehicles prohibited by rule;“oh, we’ll move it tonight”. Knowing there was no staff on duty after 5.
Don’t call security, they just hang up.
Sardines have more room in the can than people here.
Bad place, too bad it’s the only place in town during the summer. The State Park is full up months in advance.

Rancho Cucamonga, CA
We stayed here for the third time with four other RVers. The place is basically an asphalt parking lot across the street from the beach. The park has a pool, heated spa, dated bathrooms and a complete a$$hole for a manager.
Promptly at 10 o’clock each night, Manager Don sent his security guard to tell us to go inside or we’d be forced to leave. We were quietly sitting on our patio and could not be heard from adjacent campsites.
If your looking for a nice place to camp near the beach with hosts that make you feel welcome, make the drive to Newport Dunes.
Do not waste your weekend at this dump.

You can’t beat the location and staff aways helpful. When Sunset Vista is open, it’s a better location– but VERY hard to get reservations. HB By the Sea delivers the basics (hookups) and so-​so wi-​fi, but hop on a bike and ride up and down the coast and it’s hard to beat. The front office has always been great with us and we’ve stayed here over 10x.

Things here started off a little funny. OK… we’re in a Vanagon packed in around big campers – fine. Hookups work well, clean-​ish facilities, Internet in the clubhouse is spotty, and the people in the office are ok.
It’s 11:49 PM right now. We received a piece of paper when we GAVE THEM OUR MONEY that said quiet hours were at 10 and if there were any disturbances, to call the after hours number. We are parked across from people who are trashed and listening to ELTON FUCKING JOHN at top volume. The dude is literally lip syncing and gesticulating as though he is Elton. This is insane.
What’s more insane is that we have called the security number we were given twice and the person on the other end of the line doesn’t have the number to security. (What?)
This is weird man. Wtf?

I am so disappointed with this RV Park. We are packed in like Sardines. They have no tables or grass. If your longer than 34 ft good luck. Our electricity didn’t work and sewer wouldn’t drain. Good luck finding someone in the office when you need them. They don’t open until 10 close at lunch and close early when they feel like it.

The two best things about this place is that the beach is right across the street. easy easy beach access and Judy.
Judy is amazing and makes the stay here 100% better, I just love her!
The park is pretty great as well and has a great heated pool and awesome spa.

Moreno Valley, CA
Location Location Location. This park couldn’t get any better. The staff is great and the people that live there are nice and welcoming!!! We loved how we could ride our bikes to the pier or just walk to the beach!!! We cant wait to come back!!!

It was a nice place in a fantastic location. The ocean is right across PCH. I wish they would have allowed tents in the spots so we didn’t have to cram into a trailer. The workers in the office were very friendly and the pool was nice. I’d go there again.

Love it here! Management and staff are friendly and very accommodating. facilities are clean and maintained daily. the beach is just across PCH and it’s a nice walk to the pier.

Great place for chillin, watching the sun set. Nice group of people that both stay there and visit and work there. Feels like home away from home. Nice facilities, respectable pricing… I’ll be back :)
