I purchased this strap a few weeks ago and it has drastically improved my flexibility and has allowed me to do so many different poses. Such a great product compared to other clunky and uncomfortable yoga straps. I highly recommend it. Customer service was also amazing. A lady named, Sofia assisted me with all of my questions. Shipping was very fast as well. Great product and awesome company!
