Andrew has painted 3 of my houses more times than I can count. He’s done practically everyone in my family’s as well. I’m always pleased with the quality, service, timeliness, and fee. I highly recommend Insco Paining.

I have used many paint companies before since I am an investor, but Andrew, and his team are the best in the business. Customer service is top notch, and quality is 5 star. If you are looking for a paint company, look no further.

We are currently using Insco Painting Co. For our interior and exterior painting. They have done an incredible job for a very decent price. They are meticulous in their work and are very thorough in cleaning up and putting furniture back where it belongs. I have only positive things to say about Andrew and his team. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to my friends.

I have used Andrew and his team on 3 different houses over the years and they get better each time. They are so professional from top to bottom and do a great job. Not only are they very reasonably priced, but they do incredibly detailed work and they stand behind it 100%. If there was ever anything I didn’t think was right, they would fix it right away with no questions asked. I have probably referred them to over 15 people over the years and every single person had the same great experience. These guys are a rare find!

I highly recommend Insco Painting if you are shopping around for an exterior painting contractor. I had a total of 5 painting estimates before I chose Andrews company and I am super pleased with the results. The Foreman Charlie and his crew did an excellent job and I have recommended Insco to others.
Just like painting a car, the secret to a quality paint job is in the prep work. It’s the endless sanding, caulking, masking, etc. BEFORE painting that makes all of the difference. Charlie’s crew used a premium caulking on the entire home which included TONS of caulking to help seal the brand new cement board siding on the front of my home. They also machine sanded all of the flaking fascia boards (2-​story home) before applying primer/​paint to help ensure a quality job. Some second story fascia boards required 3-​coats of paint for full coverage, so the crew ended up climbing up and down ladders way more than expected. Charlie and his crew never complained and they simply stayed focused on the task at hand.
The crew displayed a strong work ethic, professionally masked off areas to avoid paint overspray, respected my property, and cleaned up after all work was completed. PAINTING TIP: I recommend replacing any rotted or termite damaged wood trim and/​or fascia boards BEFORE bringing in any painting contractor to help ensure a quality paint job.

INSCO provides a good price and does a decent job painting. However, where they fall short is the attention to details (i.e., ensuring adequate paint coverage, prepping woodwork, etc.). I’d look elsewhere if you want a quality job and care about attention to detail. On the other hand, if you want to save a few bucks and don’t care too much about the small details, INSCO is perfect.

Insco has been the only painting company I have used for over 15 years. The company staff and painters are the absolute best, from painting to clean up and protecting my property-​the best.
Professionalism and excellent prices have me coming back all these years, he has painted 4 of my homes exterior and interior, and dozens condo units at a community in which I owned a unit.
Never had to issue a major complaint, and any tiny issues I may have had were addressed immediately and to my complete satisfaction. The fact that Insco has a real office with staff is another plus when needing information during office hours.

Andrew’s crew just finished painting the exterior of my house and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I got a great quote, the job was completed on time and the house looks great. The crew was polite, worked hard all day and cleaned up at night. Insco Painting definitely earned an outstanding rating.

Andrew has painted both interiors and exteriors for my apartment. His crew did a great job. I would hire him again and have referred him to others.

I can’t really believe Andrew (owner of Insco) has been in business for so long with the sub par workers he hires. His supervisor Jason is more concerned about getting paid than the quality of the job the guys working on my house were doing. The workers did a messy job, broke into my garage without permission, punctured our garden hose, and dumped all their garbage in our recycle bin. When I called Andrew on the matter of them breaking into our garage, he didn’t seem at all concerned, mustered out a half-@@@ apology and said he would talk to his guys. Saw his guys the following days and heard no apology from them. The last day they worked we asked them to clean up and they said they don’t clean up. We called them back telling them to clean out their garbage out of our recycle bin, fix our hose, and fix the pealing painted over caulking around the edge of our vinyl windows, but they only clean up their garbage and fixed our hose (took them 3 tries before they actually fixed it). They came in the morning saying they would fix the peeling painted over caulking, but when I came back from work, nothing was done. Thought I would pay more to get a nice clean job done, but should have gone with the quote which was $ 700 cheaper seeing that I have to sweep up all around the house and fix the caulking around all my windows. Don’t go with Insco, go with the cheaper quote. You will probably have a better job done, and if you don’t you wouldn’t have paid more for a shoddy job like I did going with Insco.

I had an outstanding experience with Insco Painting. Andrew gave me a very reasonable proposal (very good price and timeline), and his team, led by Mingo, did an excellent job painting the interior of my entire house. They prepped all surfaces diligently, and the results were fantastic. I offer my highest recommendation.

Great job, great price on a tight schedule. They did the entire house inside and out including scraping the cielings and wallpaper removal. I will definitely hire them again.
