Super quick! Done in 15 minutes with State Certification, very nice and easy to talk with. $ 40.00 with Unilocal Special. Will definitely go back again and will refer others to go there.

What do you know, 3rd time in a row and I’m back for the usual routine. Still impressed with the turnaround, I went earlier on a weekday morning.
The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 now, is the guy who performed the test (not the owner) told me it was cash only if I used the Unilocal check in offer. This is news to me. I didn’t come prepared with any cash, but after I politely argued about there not being ANYTHING stating cash only on the Unilocal check in policy it’s not fair to spring that on me without advanced warning. I would have come prepared appropriately if I knew ahead of time. So he said he would do it this time around. Don’t act like you’re doing a favor when there is no fine print of ‘cash only’ anywhere on the check in policy. Ugh. Kind of irritating. If I hadn’t been here twice before I probably wouldn’t come back after that experience.

Fast and friendly, no appointment necessary, in and out in 15 minutes. As easy as smog testing can and should be. The owner is a great guy and fun to talk to while you wait for your smog. This smog test is an easy «fit in with other errands» kind of task on a busy day. I highly recommend.

This is my second time using this place for my smog check on my 2005 Jaguar S Type. I used the $ 40 deal and was in and out of there in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend them.

Took less than an hour on a busy Saturday. The car passed, which they had nothing to do with, I know, but that helped make the experience better! I checked in to Unilocal for the discount and showed the guy. He waved his hand and muttered something about «get rid of that,» and told me to not use the discount on the phone (?), yet still gave the discount. When I went to pay by credit card, he stated he doesn’t take credit cards, but he will in my case because I’m a woman and he wouldn’t want me to walk to an ATM. Weird. If the place doesn’t want credit cards, put up a sign. I would have gladly walked somewhere with my two fully-​functioning legs to get cash. Bottom line, pretty fast, got the job done for $ 40.

Best smog I’ve ever had! In and out in about 20 mins and $ 40!!. Off to AAA and got my tags. Everything was awesome and they were even fun! Highly recommended!

Super easy, and clean facility. They even have a book shelf with interesting books! Gave us the Unilocal special even tho it was an 1999 mercedes. I think the owner liked me, or just wanted to get back to his solitaire ;) highly recommend this place

A+ AWESOME!
Went in expecting my 1988 Mercedes-​Benz to fail, but it passed!!! not that the smog guys could control that at all, but it made it a little better!
Was in and out relatively quick and he was getting pretty busy! VERY cool old– school vibe smog shop, nice open waiting area, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Also the owner was very comical as well and friendly! THANKS INSTA-​TUNE!!!
