I’d give zero stars if I could. Walked in at 8:50, the store closes at 9, which I was fully aware of. The music was off, and the girls were counting the drawer, which is totally fine. But one of them immediately approached me, without even saying hello, and snapped, «We close in 5 minutes, just so you know». I get it, it’s Friday night and you want to go home.
Won’t be back here. Cute clothes but I felt extremely unwelcome.

The clothes are fine, but the customer service is horrid. Bought a sundress there and from trying it on to paying, the attendants just acted like they were doing everyone a favor for just breathing, i saw one of the attendants allow someone to go into a trying booth before the previous person was able to retrieve their belongings and didn’t so much as apologize. No smiles for customers, nothing. When i’m paying over $ 50 for a dress, i expect at least to be treated with an ounce of enthusiasm. It’s a shame because i can tell that the store is supposed to give you a nice atmosphere, but failed on actually hiring pleasant people. These stores are a dime a dozen, i’ll surely take my business somewhere else in the future.

Just bought a dress from here but never coming back again. Clothes are cute, but customer service is nonexistent .
The cashier couldn’t have been more uninterested in me and the fact that I wanted to buy something. But what upset me the most was the short young Asian lady that was so so so rude to me. I tried a dress on and went out of the dressing room for 30 secs to see how it looks and she already put someone else in the dressing room (where I had my purse and clothes!) and did not want to let me get back my stuff. She rudely said «you shouldn’t have left your stuff there like that».
Terrible. I am never coming back.

I live locally and go into this store pretty often. They have pretty clothes, but I’m a size small and I rarely see smalls. They don’t carry extra small. Many of their clothes are large fitting, boxy, cropped tops, oversized looking. I know that this may be the style, but not a very flattering style for most. Just my opinion. They also do have some clothes there that are made in the USA, which is awesome.
I really want to give this store another star, because it’s a beautiful store and most of the time the girls have been helpful, except for the last time I was there. I met with the manager regarding a damaged item I purchased. She gave me credit for the item, plus an extra 10% off a future purchase. I also brought back another top I had worn two times (both for half days), just to show them. It was that thin knit, slinky material. I was second guessing myself when I first bought it because I thought it would snag easily and I should have gone with my gut. Instead of that happening, after wearing it for two half-​days, the front of the shirt began to form these tiny little balls. I showed the manager the worn looking shirt and told her I just bought it for around $ 24. She said, yeah those type of shirts will do that because of the quality. I told her that this is what happens to a $ 10 shirt I buy from forever 21, but after 6 months of wearing it, not in one day. She apologized and told me there wasn’t anything she could do about it. I tried to convince her that it doesn’t seem right that they would sell a shirt that (after wearing it one time), looks this worn already. Again, she told me that there isn’t anything she can do about it and she’s not allowed to take it back after it’s been worn. I understand, but surly there is always something that a manager could do, not just say they can’t do anything about it. If it was me, I would have told the customer that I am going to write down the shirt and give the info to their buyer or store owner, so they are aware that this particular shirt is poor quality. I suppose as a manager, if she was concerned about the reputation of the store in their «brand» and putting out good quality products, then she would think about not selling that particular shirt anymore. I would have just gone next-​door to forever 21 and purchased a similar shirt and spend half the price.
Okay, I’ve spent way too much time on this review but to sum it up, just be careful and cautious with your purchases here! The staff has been helpful for me for the most part, and it’s a beautiful store with amazing interior design!

I love the clothing here. Even though it is a tad expensive for some things. It is a unique store with cool people working there :)

Smells like cigarettes! Walked in; walked the entire store… salespeople busy chatting with guys. Store and clothing reek of cigs.

Reminded me of Anthropologie right away. But the prices are better ($$-$$$) They had sooo much nice clothes! They had a lot of fall style clothes (since its fall) ranging from staple pieces and gorgeous night-​out numbers. I bought two silky bell sleeved rompers and a dark flowy acidwash dress w/​black lace trimmings for under 100 $. Gorgeous items! I noticed there was bralettes, black velvet items, lace, cozy knitted cardigans, lingerie and accessories too. And the store was very organized, clean, and down to earth. Staff was on the neutral side, they just spoke to me when I needed a fitting room.

You know those stores you walk into and all the employees (3 here) you encounter make you feel unwelcome? I am a local HB girl and love to shop downtown but definitely won’t be coming back here

It is a really cute and vintage style retail store. The price of the garments are very fare. Most of them start from 20. The store is very organized, clean and the employees are helpful. They sell top, bottom, outwear, accessories, bags and shoes. I recommend this store if you come to Huntington beach.

I love this place since I used to shop a lot at Anthropologie store.
This place is reasonable price version of anthropologie with good quality clothes.
Whenever I go on a Huntington Beach date, I stop by here and always find something new. They get new clothes 1 – 2 times a week so check this place out!

Nice women’s clothing store. The store is well laid out with plenty of open space. The store is located in the Strand area of Huntington Beach Pier. The front of the store has a nice seating bar area to rest your feet into some people watching other people walking on the sidewalk. My friends were shopping here seem to like the clothing and the selection.
