I have written several reviews and honestly do not have words strong and positive enough to tell you all about Jeff. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jeff. He has made amazing friends and contacts and can help you find your dream home. He is really not just looking to make a sell. This man wants to help you find your home as he did for us. He has also now worked with several friends and now family of ours. Each having the same amazing service.
With Jeff you are not just getting a new agent, your getting a new friend.
Not only is Jeff knowledgeable with purchasing and selling property, but he also has a background as a contractor which is such an awesome bonus to have when searching.

I called Jeff on a referral from a colleague. I’m so thankful I did as he was the perfect real estate agent for me. He was instrumental in finding the home that, for me, was perfect. As a first time home buyer, I had many questions and was a bit nervous. Jeff was very patient with me and was always available to answer questions or show me properties. My experience working with Jeff was fantastic! Every step of the home buying process was handled with care and expertise. I had very particular needs when it came to buying a home (location, price range, features, etc), as everyone will, and Jeff was careful to listen to specifically what I needed in a home, and every step of the way had my interests in mind.
Unlike other realtors I have dealt with in the past (and did not buy through), Jeff made my needs priority above anything else. Rather than than spoon-​feeding me specific listings that his realty had listed, he gave me complete control in what houses I wanted to view, and was very accommodating with my varied schedule.
Once we found the right one (a short-​sale, which added to the complication), his diligence in keeping up with the process and selling agent was excellent. In the end, I enjoyed the transaction more than I expected to, and would definitely work with him again in the future for other real estate needs.

From day 1 Jeff listened to our needs and helped us find the home of our dreams. We had specific requirements (Home size, number of rooms, location, cost etc.) and Jeff was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Unlike other realtors that we had dealt with in the past Jeff didn’t take us to «His» listings, he took us to the listing we wanted to see. Jeff set us up with an account on Listingbook to review all of the available listings and set up appointments with the locations we picked out. He developed a dialog with the sellers and negotiated the best prices for us and allowed us to purchase on our terms. Jeff gave us control over what we wanted and met us on our schedule. He was available everyday to talk and plan out our next steps.
As soon as we found the home of our dreams Jeff started making phone calls, sending emails and getting our offer in first. Some were rejected some were countered and some were accepted. But in every case Jeff was there communicating to us what was needed and what our next move was.
After several months of working with Jeff we can honestly say the purchasing process was made easier, less stressful and more enjoyable because of Jeff.

Jeff helped my husband and I find the absolute perfect town home in Huntington Beach a few years ago. He is so on top of his game, and quick to respond, that we ended up getting into our property for several thousand less than it should have been. We cannot thank Jeff enough for all of his hard work. Jeff was fantastic to work with and just an all around great guy! He helped us through the whole long process of buying a short sale in Huntington Beach. He went above and beyond and actually went to the house and did some painting on his own to bring it up to FHA code for the deal to close. This is our second house we have bought, the first being a mistake through a horrible Realtor. We have and will continue to recommend Jeff to all of our friends as we love our house and are very grateful to him in helping us close on it.
