Kevin Le

I chose Kevin to photograph my newborn after reading the great reviews on Unilocal.Unfortunately Unilocalers have failed me on this one.
He was pleasant and upbeat at the session. He doted over my kids and seemed really great. The proofs came 2 days after he said they would and only after I reminded him; I forgave him because it was the holidays and figured he was busy. We then went over my order and I did not hear from him after that. I text and called him and left several messages. He had my money so I wanted my photos. I didn’t want to jump to conclusions, I was worried that maybe something happened to him or his family and that’s why he wasn’t responding. I had a friend call him and pretend to be a perspective client, solely in an effort to see if he would respond to them… and he did within minutes! He told my friend his schedule was completely open, yet he was not able to get back to be?
Kevin only returned my calls after I threatened to take him to small claims court. Another Unilocaler had the same experience as me, so I consider this a pattern.

Had the opportunity to work with Kevin for our engagement photo shoot for our upcoming wedding this year. So far, to sum it all up, he’s an amazing photographer with such a great eye for beautiful pictures. He brings so much life to the photos. Really a great professional to work with. We are so excited for the wedding photos already!

SERVICE
We have used Kevin Le for multiple occasions in our family. He shot two of my cousin’s weddings, my brother’s wedding, and the New Year’s Eve gala we threw recently. This review is a combination of all the weddings I attended as well as the events where I participated in the hiring of photographers.
He is super accomodating and works really really well with Asian [moms]. He balances bride and mom like a pro, so everyone is always happy with both the work ethic and results.
QUALITY
Awesome. One of the biggest pet peeves I have with Asian weddings/​photographers is the monotonous and careless photography. Kevin Le is NOT that. He is very meticulous and has a really artistic eye and he makes sure that each shot is of high caliber. The portraits of the guests at the gala were printed on high quality photo paper soon after the session [most people bought more pics than they anticipated at the gala].
The wedding photography is artistic and very elegant. The books are nicely bound leather and are beautiful albums.
He uses very good equipment and makes sure that the lighting is perfect. Studio was set up on time and ready to go when guests arrived for all our events.
PACKAGES
His packages are decently priced. You get nicely bounded books and full res copies on DVDs if you wish. We got the Sapphire package with unlimited photography time on your day, flush mount album, framed portrait, and copies of the pics. It was the perfect package for us since we had two receptions and used the framed portraits in the next reception.
HOURS
He has different hours for different packages, but is super easy to negotiate with. We were very happy with the time he spent with us. He also made sure to allocate his time very well in order to get all the shots needed [bride family, groom family, wedding party, etc].
VIDEOGRAPHER
He has a videographer that he recommends and works in conjunction with if you wish to have one at your event. Truong is the videographer’s name. He is really nice and accommodating as well, but I have yet to see the results of his work. I’ll update the review when I do.

Kevin did an amazing job! Our family pictures came out fantastic! Well worth the money.

I’ve had the great opportunity to work with Kevin Le and see his amazing work! He is a very talented photographer with a keen artistic eye! He a jubilant person to be around with and works great with all of his clients! With years of photography experience, you know you’ll be in great hands having him as your photographer!
I highly recommend him for weddings, headshot profiles, family/​kid/​baby portraits!
