A few of my coworkers and I are definite fans of this place since we work in the same shopping center. There is a huge selection of drinks and even different sandwiches to choose from! It’s also nice on the inside and has a comfortable feel. I ordered a blended white mocha and it came out to a little under $ 5,

Stumbled upon this place a few weeks ago, and loved it! The one girl working, I can’t remember her name but I think it was Nedi or Nevi or something(she said she had worked there for 8 years) was AWESOME!!! Very sweet, funny, brightened my day. Love her! Treated me very well even though I came in soon before they were closing. The coffee and service is much better than Javacity in my opinion. Will definitely be coming back! Thanks Limelight :)

This is an overlooked coffee destination. I visit every time I’m in Huntington Beach. Always quiet and the coffee is good. It really should be a lot busier than it is. The entrance to the strip mall is on Beach, and Limelight can seem hidden until you know where it is. Easy and abundant parking. I’ve been here several times on Sundays. Very mellow place to get some work done or to read, no music.

Omg how do you not have great reviews I LOVETHISPLACEANDSODOALLMYOLDCOWORKERS. They offer some healthy alternatives to all the sugar filled places like Starbucks… I always get the white chocolate mocha Frappuccino with almond milk and espresso and my coworkers get the yummy smoothies …way better than a Jamba juice. They have free wifi and frequent drink Cards… the 10th is free!!! Prices are awesome

My kids love the boba from here! Great healthy snack. Coffee drinks are delicious for me and the wife. Can’t go wrong if you need a nice alternative to the corporate giant Starbucks.

We haven’t lived in Huntington Beach for a couple years now. But we went there today because we were in the area and I remember them having good M & M Frappuccinos. Along with the M & M Frappuccino we ordered a ham and cheese croissant, a turkey breakfast sandwich, and a egg and cheese bagel. My bf said his sandwich was gross and barely are it. The ham in my croissant tasted gross(as in old meat) so I could only take 2 bites and my daughter’s egg and cheese sandwich was burnt(pic included). To top it off, all 3 of us felt sick with stomach aches after. Oh, the frapps were nothing to write home about anymore. Will not be back because it’s just plain GROSS now!

I’ve only been here a couple of times. The green tea boba frappé is pretty good — I love green tea frapps, love boba… put them together yum! Service is to be desired though. Came here on a Sunday morning and the lady didn’t know how and/or if they can make a green tea latte. Even worse… she didn’t know how to answer a question in regards to their cold brew coffee or how to make it! Not sure if someone should be working there solo if they don’t know how to make the things on their menu

OMG! Attention… the BEST ice blended mocha on the planet since I first came here a gazillion light years ago! Sue is the bomb and is a staple to the place. Flavor is music to my ears and heart. The smoothies and lunch sandwiches are always fresh and not too pricy. You normally get a slice of pickle with the sandwich. They will even let you use the restroom if you need to. Yummmmmm.

If you go in the morning, you’ll find Sue at the counter. Sue is the best! She provides the friendliest and fastest service. She’s a gem! Love the breakfast bagels with eggs, cheese & cream cheese!

This place advertised that they have boba and I went since it’s so close to home and my boba place is a few miles away. Needless to say you can hardly call it a boba place, their boba is disgusting

Green tea boba was good. Sweeter than I prefer, but good. The boba texture was a little softer than I prefer. The woman working was short and unwelcoming. She did not seem like she wanted to be working. The price was good, but I won’t be going back.

Coupons and special deals/offers are always good ways to get more customers. Purchased Unilocal offer and stopped by on a Sunday morning. One employee at the counter was left to fend for himself. We tried a white chocolate mocha blend(delicious) & an iced caramel latte(pretty good). The barista ALMOST made me a hot latte until I reminded him that i wanted an ICED latte… thank goodness for my observant ways(nosy me saw him grab the wrong cup). We also ordered a ham & egg bagel(very tasty). They ran out of whipped cream… too bad! I like my iced drinks w/whipped cream; it completes the look! It was super hot in there so the barista offered to turn on the A/C. Good move: several more minutes & I may have fainted.

Proudly serving Illy coffee. I like that. Myself and some friends all went in to try something new and different. One got the Black Milk Tea. He said it was interesting and probably would have been better without the Boba. Another got the Strawberry/Banana Boba and really liked it. Another got the Choco Mocha Boba. His was ok. Boring me ordered first and got the Café White Chocolate Mocha. If I’d known we were going for the fun Boba’s…anyhoo, I liked mine. A little on the sweet side so I would probably ask for less syrup next time. Yep. There could possible be a next time. They had a wide array of sandwiches $ 5 and under. Same with Salads $ 6 and under. Definitely a mom and pop shop. Free Wi-Fi. Counter with barstools, kinda neat.

I asked for iced coffee and was given a hot coffee cup with 5 pieces of ice. 5. I counted. Then I asked her to fill up the cup with ice and she looked at me with this totally confused look. I stood there looking at her confusion — I saw the wheels in her head slowly turning. Her eyes opened wider and she said, Oooooh, you want iced coffee! I knew it was going to be a long day.

I don’t drink coffee regularly(I can’t handle caffeine), but the two or three times I got coffee here I was blown away by their delicious flavors. You couldn’t even utter the name of another coffee company in the same sentence as Limelight Java, when discussing the quality of their coffee. Even their little creams are delicious! The downside is that nothing really grabs me aside from the coffee. Their ham, egg, cheese & cream cheese bagels are pretty good.

I do like this place, I do. They have great blended coffee and smoothie concoctions. I love that they have squaw bread, but the sandwiches are just so so… pretty basic. Wifi is great and there’s plenty of outlets to plug into. Comfy couches. One huge thing that I really wish they would do is re-decorate! It looks dirty, even when it’s not. Haphazard, dusty and random décor. Its such a great space with room for potential. Someone hire a decorator!
