Great customer service. the only reason not 5 stars is a fee added just to pay your bill in person. Not they’re fault

Stop leaving your little brochures on our car windows. It gets stuck and leaves residue and paper stains on the windows.

I’ve never had such a bad experience at a metro PCs store. I went in to pay my bill which is usually a simple and quick transaction and the girl behind the counter who said her name was Stephanie had the worst attitude and was not trying help me at all. It seemed like honestly she was trying to make things harder she asked me for an 8 digit number which I’ve never been asked for before and I’ve never made one. I explained to her that and she started talking to me as if I was a child saying that I had to of made one and there’s no way I could of made an account without it. I asked to speak with a manager or someone else and she said she was the owner! I could not believe that the supposed owner of the business was rolling her eyes and coping an attitude with me completely unprofessional and definitely no way to treat a paying customer. needless to say I left very in happy and called metro and the notified me that if I had never set up an 8 digit number that metro will just use your birthday month and year. Now if this Stephanie person was the owner don’t you think she would know that???

Normally I try to steer clear of metro pcs dealers but this place is on point. My girlfriend’s phone screen was completely smashed and she waa in dire need of a replacement. The staff were incredibly friendly and did not try to upsell or otherwise pressure us into a purchase. Additionally, it was my son’s birthday and the shop owner gave him a cup of candy, which made his day. If I lived in the area, I would make this my go to Metro PCS store.
