Nails By Jordan

I schedule an appointment and came for gel manicure and spa pedicure. Once I arrived I was told to wait for a little bit while Jordan was finishing up. Once she was done and brought me in, I was told to choose my polish color. She had a good amount of colors and all the colors she did have were all the ones I loved. I get my nails done often and the brands she used were of high quality.
We started with the pedicure. Jordan took her time to make sure everything was perfect. I had a relaxing experience and I loved my toes overall. My pedicure ended up lasting a whole month without any issues. My gel manicure was a similar experience. She took her time with my nails and the gel ended up lasting for three weeks. There was no pain or discomfort of any kind. I was impressed.
Once done, Jordan also handed me a free OPI nail filer. She was very friendly and made sure I was happy with my nails. Her private nail room is located in Katie Raber’s Face and Body salon. I enjoyed the private room. It made me feel more relaxed that there was no one around besides her and me. Overall, I had a good experience and would come back.

I purchased a Groupon for a gel manicure and spa pedicure for $ 29 for Nails by Jordan at Katie Rabers Face and Body. The facility was cluttered, there were miscellaneous products for sale on the floor, walls, and shelves.
Jordan was nice, but the quality of her work was poor. The spa pedicure consisted of a removable massage pad on a spa chair. A plastic container with soapy water lay in the tub that obviously did not work. I have had many gel manicures and this was the first that I have never had dry skin removed from my nails and no massage. I had hoped that Groupon would have sent a survey to ask how my experience was, but they did not. I guess I got what I paid for. Regular price for gel manicure and spa pedicure with Jordan is $ 30 each or $ 50 for both. It almost felt as if Jordan was not a certified manicurist. I could of had one of my daughters do a gel manicure at home and gotten better results. Again, Jordan was very nice and polite but I was disappointed with the experience.
