I would have originally given them maybe 3 – 4 stars for their class… it was quick, easy, and the instructors were alright. BUT THEN when you have a problem and need duplicates of CPR card, your OCEMS cert, or even your CE course you took with them, they refuse to answer their phones or reply to emails. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion and now I’m out money because of this. I’ve tried calling them 4 times each over the course of a month and not a single reply or acknowledgment. Thanks a whole friggen lot, to those who have no idea how to run a business or how to answer customer questions or complaints.

OCCpr training was the BEST training I’ve had in years. The instructor (Susan) was upbeat and knowledgeable. She was thorough and made the class fun. After many years of taking recertification classes, I can say, I wasn’t bored, and I left the class knowing all the current updates and guidelines for correct cpr. The office was very clean and the instructor kept the pace going. I left with my cpr card in hand, and very satisfied. Way to go OC CPR Training!
