Cindy M, you must be on drugs and drinking like the last manager, no wonder you think she was great. This place has done a 180 since JJ and her husband took over. I wonder why you STAY! Liar! You wrote a bunch of trash, and all the decent folks here know it is… MOVE! Oh and by the way, I believe the owners make the rules and set the rents you dodo’s, the managers just carry out what the owners demand. I have been here 4 years and finally see a positive change, and JJ is in the office or complex 9 – 5 and got it going on. Good job JJ & Steve

this is a nice place but the worse managers ever !! kim is never in office ! time clock fraud !! she never want to talk About a problem !! u ask for owner s she says no! i had to call fair housing on them for parking !!! if they had better managers i would have stayed !!! then she made me clean my garage ! but the gardner that live ther and own his own bussiness ! did not have to clean his !! robb her husband !! always cry about his back he needs help !!! they broke in to my garage twice!!!

this place is fake !! u never see the managers !!! the parking is so wrong and some people get treated better then others !!! we had termites for years! they painted this place then rasied are rent and not by ten %!!! we pay for water even your gone for two week it fixed !! manager dont pay for water and the lady in the back !! i bet we pay for there water !!! people got tired of her and moving out !!! when u want to talk there never in the office i signed a lease that said it was open 9 to 6 !! then they lie the tv in gym dose not work ! i got out thank god !! i will pray for those managers !! dont move her u hate it !!!

We have lived here since May 2012. This place is horrible. The people on our row are nice but there are some shady people who live here. Some people sell drugs from their apartment too. There have been MANY break-​ins to cars and garages. Management is NEVER in the office even though they LIVE at this property. You bring an issue to their attention and they could care less. The lady in the office can be rude. She came to my apartment one time to hand me a memo and when I answered the door she shoved the paper at me and said I have to give this to you and walked away. Poor customer service. The laundry room is disgusting! It smells and there is always trash all over the floor. I never do laundry here. When I used to, people would take my stuff out and put in on top of the washer or dryer. I would set a timer and go back for my stuff by the time it was done. There is only one laundry room so if you want to do your laundry you have to wait because most people take up all the washers and dryers. You are better off using a laundry mat. I am counting down the days to move out of here. We are in the process of looking to buy so we are stuck here till we find something that will work for us. I don’t want to move and get stuck in another year lease. They are doing «upgrades» right now. They painted over wood that is rotting and falling apart. This place is invested with termites.
This complex is pet friendly which is awesome but there is a weight limit of 35lbs I believe. There is a Pit Bull that lives here. The only reason why I am concerned is because I have walked by this dog many times and it does not listen to its own at all. Scary! Again, Management does nothing about it. There are TONS of stray cats that use your yard as a bathroom and all you smell is s*** by your front door and backyard.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Don’t waste your time even looking at the property.

Manager tries to accommodate so I give her credit, she is nice. But our rent keeps getting raised and our kids don’t really have any freedom to play on their scooters or bikes. There are a lot of restrictions. :(

This place is a hell hole!
Everything in my garage has been stolen. I tried to do a couple loads of laundry and when I came back to get it, I found out someone stole all my clothes!!!
We’ve had more than our fair share of suspicious activity occur in our neighborhood including: Police raids, helicopter searches, and crackheads in our alley.
In one year, we’ve gone through 3 office managers. This last one sucks even worse than the last two especially since she is NEVER in the office!
And that’s NOT overdramatizing it… I’ve gone there 3 times today and the door is always locked.
My roommate and I decided to move out at the same time and a week before were supposed to be out, her bike gets stolen out of her garage.
LAME DONT EVER RENT HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING ROBBED!
