This review is for to go food. My food was suppose to be ready at 4. Got there on time. No hostess at to go desk. At least 5 servers talking and standing around. At 4:15 someone finally came to the front desk. I got out of there by 4:22. Pretty sad for to go food ordered 40 minutes before.

Exemplary service today from a young lady that really cared and loved her job. You can just tell how stellar she was by the way she approached the family of seven. Yes, I give today’s Fathers Day visit the stars that was so deservedly earned. The service was quick, attentive and professional. The food was outstanding for the kids as well as us adults. We had no problems throughout our meal and for a special Fathers Day holiday that we thought would tax any restaurant, this Olive Gardens was Top Notch and prepared. Thanks.

The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because RICHARDWASOUTSTANDING and so helpful during our late lunch. The restaurant itself including the guy at the hostess stand, and the gal who sat us at our table should only really get 2 – 3 stars max. We only came in because we recieved a gift card from a relative. Anywho… We arrived at the hostess stand on Sunday June the 12th at 3:05pm, and waited a moment for the guy there to acknowledge us. The tall male seemed busy looking at the server station chart. He then asked us how many of us there were. When we asked for 1 highchair and a booster seat he acted as of that would complicate things, so I told him not to worry about the booster, and that we could do without. He seemed relieved and asked us to wait & take a seat for a moment. We sat for less than 2 minutes then a lady came to seat us. She didn’t smile, she just asked us to follow her. As she was grabbing the crayons for my sons’ menus she dropped one packet of crayons, and just kicked it towards the counter and grabbed another one. This made her seem lazy and like she didn’t care. She was a little holder, and kind of fluffy, so maybe she just had a bad back and couldn’t bend down to pick them up. Who knows. Anyway, she took us to the 1st non booth table in the back right room that usually holds big parties. That table had a tray right next to it that was full of dirty plates. She had to move that tray so we could sit down. We sat down at the table. It had shells under it from someone elses seafood dinner. It also had not been wiped down, and it still had parmesan cheese on it. It also didn’t have any wine glasses on it, or silverware, which confirmed to me that it hadn’t been cleaned. She didn’t seem to notice, and she just left. Richard then came to greet us and he was so genuine and friendly. He suggested new spaghetti options on the menu, and offered us wine. His service was quick and friendly the entire time. He brought our kid’s food out first, which is always a plus. The food was good, nothing special, but good. We both ordered mushroom ravioli. It was not filling. Maybe portions are calculated by assuming that people have already stuffed their faces with breadsticks, and that people will be close to full by the time their food comes. I only had one breadstick, but I did have 2 large servings of salad(I do have to say I love their salad), but still didnt feel comfortably full after my entire meal. I’m a foodie, but don’t need that much to feel full, because I’m not that big, so it did kind of suck that I feel like I got shafted on my ravioli portion.(See Photo) Olive Garden should really thank Richard for this 5 star review, because if it weren’t for him then it would have only been 2 stars.

Been to this location quite a bit. First few times service was good, the last few times not so much. My most recent visit here was for my mom’s birthday and they sat us immediately, however we were put in the backroom all the way in the back corner. Due to this, I believe the waiter forgot about us. Literally after 10 minutes of waiting, I decided to set a timer to see how long we would wait until the waiter even saw us. The waitress wasn’t even in the room the whole time! Eventually the man bussing the table next to us asked us if we had been helped yet. He kindly took our drink order and told us he would go get our waitress and he apologizes. Finally the waitress walks over,(doesnt apologize and doesn’t have a pleasant look on her face) and asks if we want drinks. Sorry lady, the bus boy took our order already, where were you? She then asks if we were ready to order our food. of course we are, we have been waiting for 20 minutes :) My mom and I usually get the fettuccine Alfredo which is very good except we decided to switch it up & order the steak Gorgonzola Alfredo. This sounded so yummy to us and we were very excited. However when we got it, we were very disappointed. The steak was not tender, it was hard to chew & it appeared a color purple to me which threw me off a bit lol, and the flavor of the Gorgonzola was just not good. My mom did not like it either, we took a few bites and didn’t even take it to go, we were so bummed :(I guess we should have listened to our gut instinct and just went with the OG Fettucine Alfredo. oh well :/

When I was young and dumb my idea of romantic date would be going to Olive Garden with its soft lighting and romantic music in that background… fast forward 10 years and being older and a tad wiser I definitely do not feel the same way anymore LOL Although all olive gardens are pretty much the same I think this location is probably the nicest in terms of aesthetics. Food is usually okay nothing spectacular. However the most recent time I went the appetizer sampler(calamari, stuffed mushrooms, toasted ravioli) was so terrible… completely dry and overly salty :(Also service was pretty non existent… Paula was too busy talking to the other table about dogs that she never really bothered to check on us… I had to flag her down for our check. Also I wouldn’t have even know her name was Paula if it was for the food runner who told our table to feel free to ask Paula if we had any other questions. Well I guess that’s my last time coming here. I should’ve just taken the drive down to Newport to Mama D’s and have real Italian food where the servers actually serve you.

Olive Garden has always been a-ok in my book. This location in particular has a decent sized parking lot, which makes parking relatively easy. Wait times have never been ridiculous, and I’ve been here at dinner time on weekends/Fridays/etc. Service is consistently good as well. I’ve never had a bad waiter yet, and I’ve always found service at Olive Garden to be consistently decent in my experiences. Obviously you don’t go to Olive Garden for the most amazing or even authentic Italian food. But I personally think that the menu tastes fine. The serving sizes of the entrees with the free unlimited breadsticks/soup/salad/free mint chocolate candy makes the price fair. This is definitely a good place for a nice casual meal with friends/family, since you don’t have to dress up and will get consistent service. If they ever mess up an order, they’ll apologize, remove it off the bill, and fix the order, which is great! The breadsticks are ofc good, and it never hurts to ask for a fresh batch to take home with you. I like the addition of the tablets nowadays, since it makes calling for waiters/paying bills/ordering appetizers/etc easier as well. Overall this place is definitely a solid 3 or 3.5 stars in my book, which means it’s a good enough place for a casual meal and not looking for something amazing, just consistent and okay.

My boyfriend and I came here an hour before they were closing. I was surprised at how busy this place was, good sign that the locals are still here this late. HB people aren’t always easy to impress. Jake was our server, and he was cute and friendly. Great smile and excellent service all around from this guy. Only hiccup was in the kitchen. I had asked for my pasta without gorgonzola(spelling may be wrong) cheese. While the chef didn’t put the usual amount I know the dish always comes with, I could still taste it throughout the sauce. No matter though, I sent it back and Jake was super nice about it and within 2 minutes I had a new plate with perfect sauce. This was no big deal, as I was messing with the chef’s recipe to begin with. Then the manager came and comp’d me a free dessert for the tiny mishap! That was so unnecessary and really sweet of her to do. MARIA is great. To top it all off, the server loaded up the bill holder with those great Andes chocolates because he’s a sweetheart. Very thoughtful. Guys keep it up, it’s the little things that go such a long way. Thank you for making my night a happy one! I don’t even remember the last time I enjoyed dining out so much, usually people don’t care like that. This place does. For sure a repeat and if I could give more stars I would

I’m never really excited when I go to Olive Garden, but they really do meet expectations. I recently got lunch here, because I wanted italian but didn’t want to travel too far or spend too much. Too be honest, I just wanted their salad. Food: I don’t really go to Olive Garden when I want amazing pasta, because I don’t believe their pasta is super great, but it’s good enough. In terms of price, it’s great considering you get unlimited salad and breadsticks. Moreover, they had the buy one take one home deal going on, so that’s a plus. Got the Fettuccine Alfredo and my wife got the Shrimp Scampi. The pasta was slightly cooked past al dente, which I didn’t mind, and the taste wasn’t bad. +1.5/2 stars. Service: I came during lunch, so there wasn’t a wait and the server was friendly and quick. +1/1 star. Ambiance: if you’ve been to an olive garden recently or in the past few years, you’ll know what the ambiance is like. If not, it’s clean, modern, and standardized. It’s both casual and semi-classy. Would recommend for a date but not an anniversary. +1/1 star. Would I come back? Like I said at the beginning, I’m never really excited to go to Olive Garden, but I end up going every now and again. It’s not in my top 3 picks for italian, but it’s on the list. +0.5/1 stars. Total: 4 stars. I wouldn’t advise against coming here, but I can suggest other restaurants easily.

First time visiting this location and I can say I will not be returning. Visited with family for a birthday dinner. Our waitress seemed not happy to be serving us and seemed to disappear a lot. After just having salad and breadsticks our table was full of plates and eating utensils that should have been taken away long ago. I am not complaining that we had to stack up all our used dished and leave them at the edge of our table for the waitress to finally take. But it is their job to check up on your guests and take empty plates away every now and then right? Only towards the end when we asked for the check did she finally brighten up her attitude.(Check = tip right?) tsk
Decided to go to Olive Garden because of a gift card we had received from friends. I have not been to OG in a long time because I am not a big fan of Americanized Italian food in general. Went with my husband and son on a weekday night so it wasn’t too busy at all. We got seated and our server was a nice man. They have these tablets on every table now, so that kids or adults can either watch or play games on it. Our son was playing with it as soon as we sat down. Anyways, I ordered a combo set where you get a soup and a pasta. I got the gnocchi soup and traditional spaghetti with added meatballs. My husband got some pizza and our son got a kids meal pasta. I asked the server if we could get our bread sticks with less salt, as I read someone saying you could do that on Unilocal.I am very sensitive to salty foods so I requested our server for less salt. Got the bread sticks… I think they put more salt than I remembered back in the day lol. Got my gnocchi soup… where was all the gnocchi? I am not exaggerating but I literally had only ONE gnocchi in my soup! I laughed because I thought it was funny but also was like what the heck. I didn’t want to make a big deal so I didn’t say anything. It wasn’t memorable anyways. I got my pasta with the meatballs; I will say this was better than the soup and the meatballs were pretty tasty. My husband said his pizza was alright and it didn’t have sauce evenly spread on the bread. When we got the bill… it was so much more than we expected! We had the gift card but we had to spend the same amount of our money. You see they charge all these little extra charges here and there. Extra for a different salad, extra for the meatballs(when he asked he said would you like meatballs but didn’t mention the extra charge), but the most ridiculous extra charge was $ 3 for using the tablet! There are no signs on the table or signs that we saw that said they charge for this thing. I see other customers using it and they probably don’t know either! I would definitely not have touched it because we have an iPad at home and is better than this tablet. They should have signs on the table or on the tablet stand for the charge. Service was the best thing here sadly. Either way, we will not be going back to Olive Garden in the near future. I would rather go to an authentic Italian place if I want to eat Italian cuisine.

Just finished my lunch and enjoyed the food and service immensely. The sever Maressa was fantastic. She was friendly, professional and very attentive to our every need. She made us want to return. I have been hesitant to have lunch here due to the wait time. I checked online and noticed a good time was 11:30 — 12:00p.m. I arrived at 12:00 and was seated right away. Maressa and Olive Garden has won me back!

Been here a couple of dozens of times and always had a decent experience. Why the review now you ask? We had exceptionally great service the other day when we came. Our waitress(wish I got her name) was super friendly and on top of things… all while being pregnant. And I mean pregnant! Visibly pregnant… maybe 6 – 7 months pregnant! I’m sure she would much rather be at home with her legs kicked up on the sofa, but instead she was running back and forth from the kitchen, taking orders, grabbing dirty plates, and working hard. My wife is 17 weeks pregnant with our second child, so I have a lot of respect for the hard work she does!

I’ll give it a 3.5, but not worth rounding up. I came here with my friends to celebrate one of my friend’s 20th birthday. We were about to go to another location, but this was closer. We were a party of 5 and I, who arrived first, got a table 5 minutes after I checked in. Our server was very nice and patient with us. I ordered the tour of italy while my friends ordered the shrimp alfredo, lobster ravioli, and the chicken and shrimp carbonara. It all came with free breadsticks and a choice of soup or salad. For myself, I got the chicken gnocchi which was not so good. One of the girls also got it and we both agreed it was bland and tasteless. The chicken gave it a bit of flavor, but I wouldn’t recommend it. We all also ordered the shrimp scampi appetizer which was really good so that made up the disappointing soup. The mains came out and it all looked really appetizing so A+ for presentation. The food, however, didn’t live up to that. My tour of italy consisted of lasgana, chicken parmesan, and fettucine alfredo. The best one was the chicken; Everything else was okay-tasting or lacking in flavor. The cool thing is that we can pay the bill paperless through their special electronic. The servers also brought out a piece of bday cake and sang to the birthday girl. Overall, there were ups and downs. I don’t think I’ll come back again by choice.

No. This was awful. – server had an attitude and spent no time with us. «I guess I’ll just get you water then» – our breadsticks came after our entrée. – table behind us was getting free food bc of all the issues they were having I’ll never ever go there again. Low end but pricey for no reason. Go someplace else where you’ll get better service… like McDonald’s.

So I went to Olive Garden for the lunch special(soup and salad) love their soups there! I got seated right away which was awesome! Our waiter was MIA most of the time, he kept refilling my peach ice tea with raspberry ice tea… And on top of it all I ordered the soup and a HAIR came in it… And he didn’t even do anything but offer to take the bowl away? Definitely not a good Olive Garden experience in my book. Another review… I got an Olive Garden gift card for Xmas. I was like okay I’m down to try this again. Let me tell you guys about it! Got sat to or table… It took 15 minutes for someone to greet us. I asked him for a sample Of red wine. Took him another 15 minutes to get it!!! No lie! Everyone else that got sat after us was greeted within five minutes! On top of that I rubbed up against the side of our booth and there was this brown syrupy crap all over the wall! In my opinion this Olive Garden flat out sucks!

I usually love the food & service at Olive Garden, but my last visit was not as it should be. The service was SSLLLOOOOWWWWWW and I felt pretty neglected. I think they may have been understaffed so that’s understandable, so hopefully this review will help them out in making sure this doesn’t happen often and to other people.

From the moment we walked in, it seemed like they wanted us out of there. Our server rushed us, the bartender made our drinks OK, but they weren’t too good. Our entrées came out shortly after our semi cold appetizers. One meal had two hairs, the other had luke warm sauce under the undercooked pasta. We told the server who pretended to care, while obviously doubting our dissatisfaction and the hairs. The soup we ordered came out shortly after, only to be an extreme dissapointmwnt. It tasted microwaved. Gross. The replacement came out and we could not stomach another bite of sub par food. We got up and went straight to the manager. We told her that we’d gladly pay for the drinks and appetizer, but the rest was a no. She apologized sincerely, unlike our lackluster server, and said she’d remove the the plates. She gave us a $ 20 gift card and apologized again. She is the only reason that this place got three stars Came back less than a week later and wow, was it different. The bartenders(we sat at the bar) were great. The food was great, the drinks were amazing, and service was excellent. All because Mariah, food gm, apologized. The girls taking care of the guests outside of the bar, however, were not at as great. They talked too loudly about person crap, did not seat us(I stopped her and asked to sit at the bar), etc, but whatever. I think I’ll sit in the bar area from now on. All of my bad experience(food, rudeness, bad service, even slight racism) has happened in the general dining area. The wonderful meals have ONLY ever been while eating in the bar.

We ordered a tour of Italy to share and we got less food than we used to. :(. Our lasagna was also burnt from the bottom. So even less food with that. Which is a little lame. They also have tablets in each table and u can pay there. It also has games and apps for kids I’m assuming. The tablet was very greasy and dirty. So make sure u bring along some hand sanitizer.

I haven’t been to an Olive Garden in about 4 years. My wife and I were craving salad so we decided to visit the Olive Garden. The menu looked as I remembered, but I did notice the dessert menu changed a lot. Our waitress took really good care of us. I must say I did miss the salad and breadsticks here. I had their never ending pasta bowl and my wife had the soup and salad. Overall, it was better than I anticipated and remembered. I would give it 3.5 stars based on the quality of food and excellent service we received. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the salad and breadstick mood again.

Olive garden is always a delight, this time was as consistent as every other time. The servers are all pretty friendly, the guy last night was really a great waiter that was one step ahead of everything. The food is always awesome, served hot and fresh. We tend to fill up on the pre dinner soup and once again held true to form. Hot, fresh, filling. My wife always does the potato one which is hilarious because she HATES potatoes.(go figure) I do the«Italian Chili» and it takes me down every time. So good. I was able to eat most of my ravioli and it was also pretty awesome. The place is always clean, the service is always great and the food is over the top awesome.

Okay, I’m cheap so we went to do the Tour of Italy. You get three scoops on a plate of three different main course type of items. Prices are $ 13-$ 18. Plus you get unlimited breadsticks and choice of unlimited soup or salad. Sounds pretty good, right? The breadsticks and chicken and gnocchi soup were delicious!!! I am a fool for not just ordering the soup and breadsticks. Both were served piping hot every time! The main course? Unbelievably awful! None of my three items were hot. Some bites were room temp. It was so, so bad. It seemed like everything had been made hours before and then they half-assed warming it up! I probably took two bites of each item, no joke. No friggin’ joke. My boyfriend was upset because his chicken parmigiana was really chewy… it tasted very weird. Our server came around right after we had received the food and I had only taken a bite, so I didn’t complain since I was hoping that the next bite would be delicious, yanno? So it was $ 13 wasted for me. My boyfriend ate all of his but didn’t enjoy it. It was really quite a shitty meal, and I’m sorry to say we chose to go here for our anniversary dinner! Stick to the stuff you know they go through and aren’t letting sit in the back for hours — like the delicious breadsticks and chicken and gnocchi soup!
