O’Reilly Auto Parts

This is my favorite car parts store. The associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a recent buying experience in the store where I was next in line and a customer came up and tried to cut in line. This has happened at numerous other stores where the associates said nothing and I had to assert myself. This makes me upset and can cause a problem. This time the associate «Alina» spoke up and told the customer, «Mam, I believe he was next». I let «Alina» know how much I appreciated her speaking up.

Great customer service from a young guy Ryan. My husband & I went in to buy a bulb for my headlight and he installed it for us and was such a nice guy.

I came by for some new wiper blades, and was helped by Jonathon, who was very nice. He assisted in selecting the new pair, and even installed them for me. He also offered to call the dealer re: a part I needed that they did not carry. Great friendly service– I highly recommend this store!

O’Reillys is by far the best auto parts store in the area! They are always so extremely helpful, including giving you hands on help! They have saved me many times from spending hundreds of dollars, with simple fixes. They are the best!

I am intensely irritated, irate, and incensed at their insolence! I planned my evening to come get parts to finish a tune-​up on my wife’s car based on the posted hours, not only for this O.R. location, but for others as well– they all stated they’d be open until 10:00pm tonight, and THEY ARE NOT! :(
You know the saying «if mama ain’t happy, nobody’s happy…» Well, wifey ain’t happy that her tune-​up is delayed. I don’t understand why the correct hours aren’t posted! Is this Unilocal’s bad, or O’Reilly’s fault? Either way, it’s a bummer… PLEASE FIX!

Been coming here for years one of the most unhelpful unfriendly stores I’ve ever been in

Went there today to get a part for my truck. Waited in line for my turn. Another customer got in line behind me. When a cashier was available, they called forward the man behind me. Another customer entered and got in line behind me. A cashier opened up and he took the lady behind me. I walked out.

+3 stars, they are well staffed and most workers there are do helpful. they even have tools for you to borrow and can talk you through most simple car maintenance work right in their parking lot

Was in a rush to get outta town when i noticed my headlight out. Fortunately, i was a block away from this place. I was helped immediately by a young man and he quickly got my light for me and even offered to install it on the spot. He did his thing and the family went our way. Great service.

I bought a set of wiper blade replacements today for my VW from HB O’Reilly Auto Parts and had some problems trying to get them installed out in the parking lot of the store.
Well, it looks like the initial pair of blades that I had selected turned out to be incompatible with my car. I informed one of the employees that I had bought the wrong product — she very graciously let me open up another, different wiper blade to take out to my car to see if that would work. When I still couldn’t manage to make the second blade work, the manager came out and was able to remove a factory-​installed clip from the wiper blade and affix it (properly) to my wiper arm.
Anyway, it’s nice to see real customer service still alive at this retail location and I thought it was definitely worth mentioning.

So this is a good local parts store. The staff knows their inventory very well. They can advise you on what parts you will need for your car. They have plenty of popular stuff in stock and can get special order items usually within a day.
Take care of your cars people! Basic preventative maintenance like oil changes, belts, and hoses can save you from being stuck with a broken car. Do it yourself if you feel comfortable and come to this place for the parts.

Excellent service and reliable parts at a great price. I especially like their lifetime warranty parts for peace of mind. Many hard to find parts for my 1991 Lexus LS400 are easily found. They match prices from competitors as well. Great customer service with a great crew. Kurt at this store has been fantastic. Go O’Reilly’s.

Awesome! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I left my wallet (with all my money) at the counter and when I went back they had it and was trying to contact me. Its nice to see a store doing the right thing. Thank you so much… Nic!

Okay, so I bought a Bosch rotor and Warner brake pads from O’Reilly last April, both of which I paid extra to get the lifetime turning on the rotors, lifetime replacement on both the rotors and pads. When I bought the rotors and pad I provided my phone number to be able to look up in the computer that I qualify for the free turning and replacements, but even paying extra, this service would eventually turn in my favor, right? At some point I would be saving money, so I didn’t quite believe that O’Reilly would make it easy.
I kept the receipt thinking it was some kind of scam, and good thing I did. I went back to O’Reilly for two new rotors and pads for a different car and again paid extra for the lifetime turning and replacement, and while I was there I asked them to look me up in the computer to make sure my previous purchase was shown, and of course, it was not!
So, I asked him to look me up by name, and again, no listing! Then I pulled out the receipt, and with that, hey, look, here it is. I asked the sales person to associate the previous sale with my phone number, but no, the computer doesn’t let him do that, how weird. But, he assured me that my current purchase would be associated with my phone number. Yeah, right!
It reminds me of all those bullshit mail-​in refunds a few years ago, where you had to do everything right to get your refund. Same thing here, if you don’t keep the receipt, you’re out of luck.
I would like to say I will never go back there, but I will for my free turning and pads, other than that, I won’t be going back. This is just a scam.

Had to stop by here for some minor car parts, customer service was awesome!!! Very helpful from the moment I stepped in! I was able to find some great deals on the clearance table! Employee recommended the best product for the price! Two thumbs up!
