OH MY GOSH Cynthia is absolutely wonderful! She truly is a healer and a great practicer of eastern medicine. I have never done acupuncture before trying it this year for the first time, and I went to 3 other places before coming here, trying to find a place that was the best fit for me. Now I go every week or every other week based on my schedule, and I feel so amazing! It helps reduce my stress (I leave there feeling the same as leaving a yoga class — relaxed and stress-​free!) AND it has gotten my menstrual cycle back to normal! When your lying there with the needles in, in the relaxing space, you feel tingly sensations throughout your body — you can literally FEEL the energy! It is so awesome. She is so kind, attentive and just all around a great person — you can tell she really cares about her patients. So whether you need healing or just to zen-​out — go see Cynthia!

Cynthia has treated me multiple times on my visits to Orange County, and I only wish she lived in my state! She is respectful and gentle, and that’s key if you have never done acupuncture before. It’s not intimidating at all, and that hour session is the only time I truly feel relaxed ever (no joke). Oh, and the needles don’t hurt!

I have been following Cynthia for years. I’m so happy that she now has her own practice!!! I was skeptical of acupuncture initially. I was struggling with pain from pericarditis and it didn’t seem like I could find any relief from prescription painkillers. A mutual friend suggested that I try acupuncture and referred Cynthia. Desperate, I gave it a try. It turned out to be the best decisions ever. Cynthia really listened to me. She looked at my symptoms and my diagnosis but took it even farther to look at my health as a whole. There were so many other issues going on with my body which were not helping my added issue. After several months of treatment I cried. Not only had my chest pain subsided, but I felt better overall than I have in the past. My circulation improved (no more cold hands and feet), my cycle became regular and my skin looked great. If you have any hesitations about acupuncture, give Cynthia a try. She truly cares about your well being and her passion is to make people live better and feel better. …But you do have to be consistent with treatment. Acupuncture does not heal after one treatment. Consider it more like as something that should be part of your overall health practice.

Squeezed in another appointment after a workout. Always super flexible with the timing! Even when got for a relaxation treatment, Cynthia always seems to find that hidden knot that needs to be worked out.
A dozen or so needles, a cupping, lil massage and heat later, I’m ready for the weekend!
