Just had the best customer service experience by David Clark! I was searching all day for «work boots,» I didn’t even know what size! As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by David and he found the perfect work boot for me!!! Super fast and friendly!

Also, the staff that was working with him was very friendly, too!

I have shopped here a few times, most recently this past weekend.
It almost never happens that I walk in, needing work shoes, and find one of the two pairs I love to buy. This time… I walked in and found BOTH pairs within a minute. I also found a pair of knee high boots Ive been wanting.
5 minutes, 3 pairs of shoes, $ 80.
The girl working mentioned she was newer, and she was very nice.

I bought a pair of flip flops. I know that is fall not the season, but i like the fact they are stylish and comfy. I was going to walmart and stopped by the payless their, but they had them in purple twice when i came. I wanted them in black. But i found them in this payless in black. This cashier was helpful in finding me the ones i needed.
