You have no doubt heard the saying «Jack of all trades and master of none.», but when it comes to John Beever, he is the exception to the rule. Not only did John do a masterful job renovating our two upstairs bathrooms along with our master bedroom dressing area, he professionally repaired several major plumbing and electrical issues we were having with our nearly 30 year old home. If that isn’t all, he is a painting and drywall specialist as well. His prices are fair, he is punctual and above all committed to doing the job right or not doing it at all. He is conscientious to a fault and by the time the job was finished he was practically part of the family. John explains everything he is doing and doesn’t make demands, only suggestions. His philosophy is that when the job is done, he leaves, but you as a client are the one living with what he has done. So, he puts no pressure on you to make decisions you might regret, he only helps guide you through the process. John worked with our timeline of completing the final piece to some major remodeling in our home. Finishing up a full kitchen upgrade, my wife and I were eager to see the flooring down and officially be out of the «under construction» frame-​of-​mind. After mutually agreeing on a weekend, John promised the work to be done initially in three days and finished it in two (including baseboard install). He and his crew are courteous, professional, on-​time and hardworking. I had this idea of doing it myself however, I’m glad I made the call to John as his level of expertise was evident from the consult to the finished product! We’ve had John work on several projects for us and it always comes out absolutely gorgeous. Tile, flooring, countertops, re-​caulking and more. You can’t go wrong.

I have had John redo my old place replacing the floors, electrical, plumbing, and paint. The guy is amazing, I really can’t say anything bad about him. He just replaced my backyard putting sawd in, and when I ask for his opinion he always say you are welcome to do it that way but if it were my place I would do it this way… and explain why I should spend a little more because the quality will be a lot better or it will last a lot longer. I wouldn’t do business with anyone else.

We had a pinhole leak that literally gutted our kitchen. John had installed hard wood flooring and tile throughout our entire condo when we moved in and we were more-​than-​satisfied, so we called upon him once again for this endeavor. John replaced our cabinets, top to bottom and made the process much less painful that it could have been.
He was helpful, courteous, easy to work with and very knowledgable about the options available to us, as we were working with our homeowner’s insurance.
