Here’s what makes Perry’s special… First time there: Ordered online. Arrived thinking I might still have to wait, but the order was already packed and ready; stoked. Next — everyone was so friendly. Already knew we’d be back. Took our food to go and realized there was a slight mistake on the pizza order — wasn’t the end of the world. pizza was great, as were the roasted tomatoes appetizer. It was when I received a call/message from the team at Perry’s saying they had just realized that they had messed up on the pizza(which were now enjoying by this time), they were so sorry and wanted to either bring us a new pizza, etc., etc. that we were converted! That’s how you win/keep new customers… our expectations were exceeded, and it meant so much. Personal touches like this are what separate good businesses from great ones. Nice work Perry’s! We’ll be back :)

I go to Perry’s Pizza at least twice a week. The food is excellent starting with the pizza and spaghetti and meatballs. I absolutely love the prime rib sliders that are only available on Thursdays. I have eaten the prime rib dinners on Wednesdays. Why cook one at home when Perry’s prime rib is do delicious and cooked to perfection. I can’t say enough about Perry’s. I wouldn’t have to cook seven days a week and just eat at Perry’s if I could.

Seriously Perry’s? 3VERY average sized meatballs for $ 7.75? By average were talking golf ball here not even racquetball size and no one expects tennis ball but only 3? At $ 2.58 a piece you may want to revisit this particular appetizer and change the price, size or quantity. Unacceptable!

This Perrys was located in Newport for many years! I was so sad when they had to move but with change comes inspiration and a fresh prospective! This transition has worked in Perrys favor they’re more beautiful and better than ever! The pizza is amazing I get the square original and it’s perfection. The green apple prosciutto bruschetta is a must try. The new location is a great vibe and they have a nice beer and wine selection too!

Made my hubby drive from Riverside to see if it’s still the same«Ardella’s» pizza we worked at and loved(Perry’s is the original, but we only had Ardella’s around us)! It was delicious and brought back the best memories! We ordered a medium Pep/sausage & garden salad with the famous blue cheese. I was not disappointed. If square, thick pizza is not your thing, then I can see why you complain. Back in the day, almost every mall you shopped in had an Ardella’s, and it was designed as fast food, by the slice, simple & limited menu. Every pizza was made from scratch made dough, sauce was made from scratch, cheeses were hand grated(not pre grated crap), salads were cut fresh every morning & made fresh. Salad dressings came concentrate but had to be mixed with real buttermilk. Nothing was a short cut. It was the funniest job I had with some friends. I don’t live close by but if I did I would be a weekly regular! For now I’ll have to settle on getting out here as often as I can!!! Ps the beer is ice cold too which added to the deliciousness!

I got the Italian sandwich through door dash. It’s a good product. I deducted a star because I said«no tomato or lettuce, but I want everything else on it». As I suspected they would, they left off the onions. I don’t know why places do this: what part of «I don’t want lettuce or tomato» translates to «I don’t want onions». AAARGGGH.

Took 25 hungry high school students here for lunch. Ordered ahead of time. Staff was very friendly! Everything was prepared on time and was delicious! Great experience.

Was really excited to eat here tonight; I paid almost $ 8 for meatballs and when I got home to eat them it turned out that every single one of them was raw in the middle. Disgusting. Glad I saw it before I ate too much of them. Also ordered the crostini and they forgot to put in the goat cheese. Overall a disappointing experience. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because I’ve had their pizza before and it wasn’t too bad.

Not a big fan of this place but I eat here because there isn’t a lot of other options here in this shopping center. Pizza is kinda bland and the Cesar salad is half made with iceberg lettuce and has tomatoes. They could make some small changes and make big improvements. I think they are a little overpriced as well. Wings are good and so is the steak sandwich but that’s about all for me.

The pizza is great, nice, friendly service. But to the reason why I give them 1 star. I’ve been there twice to order their wings, on both occasions they were undercooked. The first time I did not get sick, the second time, which was last night, I unfortunately did. Stomach flu/food poisoning, the morning after. They do not cook there food throughly when I specifically asked for my wings to be cooked better. I know for a fact it was from Perry’s since I had not eaten anything prior to this the day of. I will not return to Perry’s, for this is a serious issue to say the least.

This place is amazing! I love pizza and they have by far the best pizza I have had since New York. I have had a few specialty pizzas. All delicious. Last night I had the prime rib sliders and they were amazing and a great deal! We can’t wait to go on on a Wednesday for prime rib night. I’m totally addicted to this place!

We love Perry’s! We live up the hill from this location and love the pizza and wings here. It’s also both kid(they can be noisy) and adult(sports on the tv) friendly. We went out on a limb once and got the Rosemary, potato and chicken pizza. Yum! We were happily surprised. Definitely recommend Perry’s.

The pizza and wings we ordered were demolished. We ate them and destroyed them like animals and we regret nothing =). I’m so happy to be introduced to this place. They have a small wine and beer selection but have the best, and have the freshest ingredients as well for their other dishes. I’ve never had crispier wings and more mouth watering pizza.

Mixed results here. Pepperoni pizza to go was ok, not much flavor(maybe the sauce?). 2 – 3 stars. The chicken bacon blue cheese sandwich was really good. I would give it 4+ stars. The potato salad was awful. Zero flavor. It literally tasted like it was made from instant potatoes. 1 star. I would repeat for hot sandwiches, but get the chips(not the potato salad). I’ll maybe try another pizza, but if pepperoni pizza is so-so, I can’t imagine other pizzas are great.

I have a mixed review for my first and still not sure if last visit. The Pizza I ate was really good, but it wasn’t what I ordered, and incredulously the staff there insinuated it was my fault and accepted no responsibility. 1. Wife ordered Chicken BBQ pizza online for pickup. Online menu shows it comes with cilantro and red onions. Wife types in «No Onions». 2. I pick up pizza to go. Actually tip them(wish I hadn’t done that). 3. Come home, open box and no onions … But no cilantro. So I call. Girl who answers says it doesn’t come with cilantro. So I hang up. Wife says online menu says it does, so I call back to tell them that their online menu is wrong. After verifying i was on their website(which she didn’t know the website name) she says, «Yes, it comes with cilantro». Ok, I ask, then why didn’t ours come with it? «You put no onions on your order, so we thought you also didn’t want cilantro». What? So I ask«if somebody doesn’t want something on their pizza, then you want us to ask for that request, but also list EVERYThing else we do want on it?» «Yes», she said. «So we know what you want». So I said«that makes no sense. If I go to McDonalds and order a Big Mac, and don’t want onions, I’m supposed to tell them I want catsup, meat, and cheese? No onions means just that, no onions. Why do we clarify what we want you to leave there?» She never apologized. Never at all said, «we blew it, come on back and we will make you another one». Nope. She kept saying we need to list exactly what we want if we want to exclude anything. I was so disappointed on our first visit. I grew up eating Perry’s Pizza in Lakewood and was so excited to try this place. I don’t know if my visit was an anomaly, or if it’s the norm there. Again, the pizza we ate was good. The girl who picked up the phone was not. I think the manager has to retrain their staff.

Perry’s came through! The bland, flavorless margherita pizza from my prior visit is long gone. As promised in their response to my review, they revamped and reworked their recipe and the result is a very flavorful pizza with freshly smashed tomatoes, fresh basil, charred crust and plenty of flavor. We tossed the last one, we ate all of this one. I did not e-mail the manager to let them know I was coming, I ordered the pizza by phone to see what they had come up with without knowing it was someone who had written a negative review. Thank you, Perry’s you did what you said you would do, and did it very well!

My boyfriend had been going to perrys for years when it was at their old location so when he found out they had moved, he really wanted to come check it out. We decided to eat here with his parents yesterday and met up around 6. The place was cute and modern. After checking out the menu for a bit we decided on the family special 2 topping pizza, salad and traded out the soda for a pitcher of beer. Luckily we came in early because the second we finished ordering, at least 4 families walked in. The salad was simple but refreshing, the beers were ice cold and the pizza was pretty good too. The crust wasn’t the best but they didn’t skimp of toppings and I loved the ooey gooey cheesiness of the pizza. Overall I liked the place but it’s on the more expensive side. My bf liked it but said it tasted different than before. I’d definitely be down to come in for a quick slice or 2.

Don’t understand good reviews! 1– pizza was nothing special, salat ridiculous can go next door trader Joes and get way better salat(meditation salat — lettuce, one slice of salami, one tomato, and 2 rings onion), wings was ok. 2 — I understand first day yesterday we asked specifically how long wait, was told 15 min. It was 45 min. 3 — while my friend waited — pizza was burned, so I was joking my friend we have pasta home if it’s ours.(we had 3 kids waiting in car very hungry) so we come home and our pizza is looking strange. They took burned part of pizza and tucked it under that it’s not so visible. So we was the lucky ones Kids didn’t finish they’r one slice. I am pretty calm person but I will not be going there any more maybe I will give them chance after year. What a bummer as we are in that plaza 5 times a week.
