Prime Time Shuttle

Worst shuttle company. Avoid at all cost. Got my reservation wrong and wouldn’t cancel my shuttle. Wanted me to pay double to fix date.

Took a reservation from us charged our credit card called us @ 2 am 3 hours before our flight to say they couldn’t take us. Seriously Fu@ked Up! Ended up having to drive ourselves & park @ the Airport which cost us $ 84. They didn’t refund our money as you would think they should do as they never provided service to us. I had to call & complain for a refund then they returned our money but only for the pickup that didnt happen not for the return leg. So then I had to get on the phone again to ask for that charge to be returned took over a month to get our money back meanwhile we were outta pocket for parking fees @ the Airport. A manager said they would return the money back in check form. 3 months passed no check. Called in again got a song & dance from the first employee then was transfered to a supervisor who said they would call me back Wow! They didn’t. Shady outfit don’t recommend them @ all they don’t provide service that they confirm then they have the Gaul to keep your money & don’t keep thier word! Worst customer service if you can even call it that!

Unfortunately, the old adage that you usually get what you pay for perfectly describes our recent experience with Prime Time Shuttle between Irvine and LAX. I’m am currently writing this review from outside of LAX where we – and several other passengers – have been stranded for close to an hour and a half. We had reservations for 10:30 and were just now, at midnight, told that there aren’t more vans and that we should try a different company. Never mind that our credit cards were charged for this over a week ago. Oh, and of course there are no customer service agents available by phone.

The van called to let me know they were on the way and arrived a few minutes early. The ride to LAX was uneventful and the driver negotiated the airport craziness like a pro. Everything worked smoothly.
