I always chose salon centric over cosmoprof when it comes to any Redken& ollaplex products ! They always have great deals and a wide selections of brands of all sorts, I went in today and was helped by Rachael she is the first girl to really help me out and seemed like she actually cared about my client outcome just as much as I do! She is very Personable and knowledgeable with products and hair coloring! She is my go to girl this salon centric is very lucky to have her!

I love shopping here they always have the beauty supplies I need. A few color lines I like here are the Loreal Majirel, Redken, and Pravana. Always great products in stock and the staff is helpful.

I walked in assuming it was a salon, hence «salon centric» but realized it was a Cosmo prof style beauty supply. I asked to just take a look at a line that they carry and the girl at the counter said «no because technically you’re not allowed to step foot in here because u are not a licensed professional» really? I’m not allowed to step foot into your store? Ok beauty salon police, I’ll just send my friend with a license to buy your supplies… FYI that’s what we all do anyway!

The girls who work here are very un happy and rude. No greetings, when I come in. Then had to search high and low to find someone to check me out as I stood by the register for a few minutes. Seems as if I was bothering them to pay and leave. Not sure if it’s corporate making them unhappy. Or if they are just individually unhappy. Either way the vibe was miserable. Bad customer service
