Showcase Vinyl Windows

Very disappointed in the installation. The casing doesn’t have enough nails and sliding window is loose. It cost me $ 32,000 and Alan has not returned to fix the problems after he promised to return and make the job right. The representative from the manufacture which is Superioir confirmed shortly after the install that the sliding window was not installed correctly. Very poor workmanship on that window and several casings. Still waiting for Alan to return. I am reluctant to recommend this company at this time.

Rob called me back promptly and set up an appointment to be at my home the next day.
He is very friendly and knowledgeable about windows. No high pressure games or tactics from him. I decided to go with Showcase a few days later. All three quotes were very close. I felt most comfortable with Rob from showcase because I felt he would best manage my project from start to finish. Rob and the owner/​installer Alan came out to remeasure the windows prior to ordering them, A nice touch! Two weeks later the windows were installed. Alan installed them himself with the help of a nice crew. Highly recommend!!!

We built a new home in 2003 and purchase Showcase Vinyl Windows, in 2015 the rubber seal in the windows were curling inside the window. They replaced under warranty 4 transoms and 2 smaller windows. My standard sized windows are fine. Kudos to them for honoring the warranty. I am completely satisfied with these windows for noise reduction and when the sun is beating on the windows you don’t feel any heat. Windows are something you should never skimp on when building a new home. If you don’t buy quality windows you will pay in cooling/​heating costs.

I am very happy with the work and the professionalism of this company. Rob gave me an estimate. The windows were installed on time and within the estimate. Kudos to Rob and company. Excellent!

We were actually really impressed with Showcase. We had nine windows replaced in our house. The installation was quick and easy. After they were replaced I asked if they could replace two sliding door screens. Measurements were taken and we were told the screens would be ready in two weeks. A month later I contacted Jeff to find out what the progress was on our screens. He said he’d never heard of our order. I informed him that we placed the through the installer. He said he would check with him and get back to us. Two weeks later, I again called Jeff, he seemed very perturbed that I was «bothering» him again regarding the screens. He rudely told me they had much bigger orders that took precedent and he would contact me when and if they had the time. That was a year ago and we have never heard from him again. VERY POOR customer service. What a disappointment!

Really nice windows and doors and excellent service. I had my french doors replaced and several windows replaced. They look beautiful! and were put in in a timely manner. A pleasure to work with and they stand by their work.
