Smart & Final

I’ve been to many Smart and Finals in my area. This location on Adams is my favorite. Mainly because of the service I’ve received. My favorite cashier is Hailey! Always so friendly, courteous and professional. I commend Hailey for her extra effort in making customers like me, feel welcomed. I will continue to shop at this location for their products, prices and mainly their SERVICE.

Today I had fantastic customer service at this store! The cashier, Kristi was exceptionally nice and friendly! I like Smart and Final because they have good prices and a lot of the same selections as the larger stores without the crowds. They always call more cashiers if people are waiting! I give this store a thumbs up!

I will only set foot in this place if I don’t feel like driving to a grocery store further away.
Every employee here seems like they’re miserable and never smile and nor are they friendly.
Will never recommend this place to anyone. No redeeming value.

This is my Shopping Mecca! I love this place; The have the large wherehouse sizes for stuff. However, if it’s too big, they have smaller sizes available too. They even sell toiletries!

Compared to other Smart and Finals I think this is the best one I have been to. I read the other reviews on here and while I hate the chit chat between people who should be helping you I can honestly say I have never had that problem here. Always had very friendly and helpful cashiers.

Overall, I am a big fan of the Smart & Final chain and shop at their stores often but «whatEVER» the managers at this location are doing to teach customer service, you have missed the mark! I make S&F purchases for my business several times a month. Normally, I find that the items I need and my familiarity with Smart & Final make that the choice for me … EXCEPT for this Adams Avenue location. The staff gets a failing grade for: bored and too interested in their own chat to assist customers; impression is that they are there to do YOU a favor; cashiers are chatting w other cashiers; checkout speed is snail’s pace — employees exert little effort; the floor staff are not knowledgeable and run away rather than assist… WOW… this wasn’t just from one bad visit — multiple experiences has me shopping at the nearest Albertsons rather than the Adams Ave S&F. Please remember that I spend thousands of dollars each year at OTHER Smart & Finals… I suggest you drive a few miles to another Smart & Final to be treated like a valued customer

When there were about 8 people behind one register and 5 behind another they called for another cashier. After one didn’t return in about 3 minutes they called for two more and before you know it you had 5 lines open and these kids were fast!
Only reason its not a 4 is because of their prices and that isn’t their fault, I’m still coming here for snacks on my way to work. :)
