Starlight Inn

This place is absolutely a rip off. They change the price on people based on if they like you or not. They discriminate against white people as well and asked me if I was a prostitute when we checked in, even if I was why would you work at a motel or own one on Beach Boulevard if you don’t want prostitution there? The motel is younger than the reputation and what a rude and embarrassing question to ask someone who doesn’t that. The people who were in front of us for the exact same room as us, a two bed room we were charged a whole $ 20 more. The room is not worth $ 80 old and I can get a better room for less motel 6. I regret not going there instead. Many holes in the blankets and rusty in the shower. Place gets a star for the fact there were no roaches at all.

when I arrived we were told this is NO LONGER THE STARLIGHT INN and they don’t have a reservation… OK thats fine…3 weeks yes 3 weeks later, get charged for the room. Warning Warning, this is a fraud palace that will use your CC for god knows what. They lied to
saying they called my cell, never got a call… In the mean time my CC company will be contacting you for fraud…

Terrible place. I only stayed there because it was so close to the beach. As soon as we set eyes on our room we could tell it was literal shit.
The curtains were held on to the windows by bulky office clips. The bathroom door would not close. The air conditioning was louder than holy hell. No mattress covers, we were sleeping on top if a paper thin bed sheet that had been covering the actual (dirty) mattress. And to top it all off; there was a hole in the ceiling where our fire alarm should have been which I’m pretty sure is breaking some kind of health/​safety code. (ILLEGAL)
And finally the service. My friend had asked to use their microwave in the office because the room was lacking one. He was then greeted by the manager giving him hell about «Only once. Once for you is everyday for me. This is my job. Blah blah blah. Now you’re making my office smell like beef. I am pure vegetarian.»
Try being a little nicer to the guests.

Awful shitty hotel. Cockroaches abound. I would rather sleep in a bus stop than this awful place. Avoid at all costs travelers!

Warning: This place stole our luggage and my wife’s medication. Filed a police report. This place is bad news.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Probably one of the dirtiest motels I have ever stayed at.
If you are on a budget I would recommend you spend ten extra bucks and stay at motel 6.
The room had no remote, when I asked for one the guy gave me one with no batteries. When I went to the desk, the owner told me that they do not have any left.
I didn’t even bother going to their Continental breakfast. Who knows what kind of crap you would have got.
I’ll tell you one thing: this ain’t no marriott … that’s for sure. Oh yea… there are many addicts that stay here so watch your stuff
