Sue’s reputation is second to none. I have never met anyone who is so passionate about their craft and so eager to teach and train young up and coming stylists. Sue is a master in the arena of hair — whether it be color, cut or the perfect style for a wedding. To add icing to the cake, she is sincere, warm and caring. She is a pillar in the community and is always the first one to reach out to the under served. Sue is a true artist, a fabulous hair stylist and, most importantly, a wonderful human being.

Not many stylist can take one to a beautiful blond without damaging the hair. Sue did just that. I have a beautiful blond now because of her years of experience and knowledge. She’s taken care of my hair for years and I was especially pleased this time!

Sue Rees did my hair for my wedding and it was absolutely amazing!!! I am extremely picky and detail oriented and she went out of her way to make sure my hair was perfect. I cannot even begin to tell you how many compliments I got! I came in to her looking for a vintage glam style, and got exactly what I wanted. This isn’t a look a lot of hair stylists can do (especially on short hair, trust me… I did the research) because it requires skills that really aren’t taught to stylists anymore. She’s an amazing mentor. Everything that made me a great hairstylist today was because of her. Sue is a master colorist! She has transformed my dark Asian hair to a flawless champagne blonde without compromising the integrity of the hair. Every wedding I go to, she styles my hair and each style stands out and I get tons of compliments. Her vision of art comes to life with hair! I’ve seen her work with color corrections, haircut, global keratin treatments, perm, and styles and they’re all superb! Need I say more? She’s the hair expert with 40 years plus experience!

Sue has been doing hair for many years and has had several different salons of her own and even a TV commercial at one point. I met Sue through my wife after we decided that a traditional wedding officiant was not going to cut it for us. I’m eternally grateful for that meeting. Sue has been a source of friendship, strength and support ever since.
Our wedding went off flawlessly. We met with Sue to discuss our over-​all desires, and she worked with me as I wrote our custom vows. Her expertise as an officiant unbound by traditional requirements made it so much easier for us to take ownership of our wedding and our commitment to each other.

Not only is she the queen of color but her do’s are insane… She styled my hair into an edgy Mohawk for a runway show I did, she did a fabulous «Peggy Bundy» do for me for a photo shoot and she is always my go to person for parties, weddings and events! I sent one of my friends to her for a roaring 20’s party and Sue did finger waves on her that lasted ALL NIGHT! She has done tons and tons of weddings! I just can’t say enough about Sue Rees except I can’t wait to see what’s the next exciting thing she will do to my hair!
