This place is great! It was my first time coming here and they set me up with a great deal. Dennis was very knowledgeable– I’d been having some problems with my vape that no one seemed to be able to fix. 20 min later… Viola! It was fixed. I left extremely happy and will definitely be back. Based only on buying a Goboof vaporizer. It is a great vaporizer, however it was incredibly overpriced at $ 300. I hadn’t researched vapes for a while and that used to be the price for a good portable, but everywhere online has it for $ 200. I don’t know what other stores sell it for in the area. I was ready for a vape and I live nearby, so that is the price I pay for not doing more research on such a large purchase ahead of time. In addition, other stores I have purchased from have been happy to handle warranty returns, but the clerk said I would have to handle any shipping should a problem occur. In the end it is a good vape and at the least they are selling quality items but at a large mark up.

Online buyer beware…
I always like to give the benefit of the doubt when I order something online but I do not recommend shopping from this Vape shop online…
I have ordered a few times online from them because they carry my favorite juice at a good price, the first time it took about two weeks to get the juice. ok, maybe it’s backordered so I’ll give them another try. second time I waited about 3 weeks before I started emailing them to which I received no reply after two emails sent so I finally call them and then get the run around about system issues and no one has an answer for me. After leaving my name and number I received the juice the next day but no one called me back to give me an update as if they forgot about the order and then sent it next day. in total it was about five weeks for the second order to come in.
After all the headaches and hassle I still decided to try them again, I only live about an hours drive from this place and it’s hard to find my favorite juice locally and online so when I saw they carried my juice on their website I was stoked to find a place that was fairly close to me thinking that I could order it when I was down to my last bottle and get it to me before I ran out. anyways, my third order has been in place for about six weeks now and the confirmation number from July 13^th they sent to me is not valid and they have not replied to my email about this latest issue.
I guess it must be nice to be so rich that you don’t need a customers 1200 a year in juice which is about what I would of been ordering from them plus all my friends that I would of turned them onto this site if they would have had better customer service!
I can’t say how their actual store is but if it’s anything like their online service I wouldn’t touch this place with a ten foot pole and if I could leave no stars I would…
So now I feel like I am out 61 $ cuz it seems as though this place doesn’t give a s**t about their online customers and they should just take the site down if this is how they do business…

Sunset Vapor is my favorite vape shop and I’ve been to many! Each staff member is knowledgable, friendly and super helpful. Every time I have an issue, they help and go above and beyond to fix or replace; clean or explain. Great products! New choices all the time and fun to visit. This is the Nordstroms of customer service for Vape Shops! I’ve been cigarette-​free for about a year now.

Such a great experience! Personable people who know so much about the product and vaping in general. Tons of mods, atomizers and tanks! NO CLONES! The best deals around and the most fun I’ve had in a vape shop in a while! I recently moved to the area and have been driving to another vape shop farther away. I no longer need to do that!

Sunset Vapor is my go-​to spot for 90% of my vaping needs. In the 9 months it’s been since I quit smoking, I’ve visited the majority of vape shops in the north Orange County and Long Beach area and so many of them are either staffed with punk kids, vape-​snobs who only give good customer service if you’re there to buy a $ 200+ mech-​mod, or have gone so far overboard in 1-​on-​1 customer service it’s uncomfortable. *cough* vape-​rev *cough*. It’s a vape shop, not Neimen Marcus, lose the tie!
The staff at Sunset Vapor is knowledgeable and friendly, the e-​liquid prices and selection is outstanding (all high quality stuff), the atmosphere is relaxed like you’d find in most beach communities, and they’ve got a great location about 100 yards from the sand, Their prices for hardware are mostly on-​par with brick & mortar shops, and while i’m sure you could find things cheaper online… it’s worth paying a bit more to be able to hold and inspect a product, receive helpful advice, and actually know that the item you’re purchasing is actually authentic! Many online vape shops, as well as a few local b&m shops are notorious for selling counterfeit items that can fool almost anyone. EVERYTHING i’ve purchased at Sunset Vapor has been 100% Authentic, whether it be batteries, Kangertech products, or VV/​VW mods. Buying online is a complete craps shoot.

Cool store with a good selection and price on juices, all though they were out of the common ones which is understandable. As a noob vaper, but versed shopper I can say I liked the store overall but was rubbed a little the wrong way when I was told the purchase I made at another store was a bad deal and I should «take it back.» I don’t believe you should ever put anyone else’s price or product down (especially in the same market) but rather focus on why your offer/​product is good. After showing the gentlemen helping me all that was included in my deal, I got a simple shoulder shrug. Let’s keep the positive, positive.

These guys are the best-​they figured out and fixed the problem that was going on with my mod after five other shops tried unsuccessfully. The two guys that worked on it really knew their stuff!
Plus the shop has a super chill vibe and one of the best liquid selections/​vape bar set ups I’ve seen.

I moved next door to this vape shop and was nervous to try it out because there are so many vape shops out there these days. But I’m happy to say that I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve had a great experience. The employees are so nice and very helpful. They actually take the time to explain to you how to work a new mod or tank, and help you find the juices that you need. They seem to be very knowledgable about the products they carry and I’ve never felt rushed or pushed into buying anything I’m not sure about. I’ll definitely be back for more of my vaping needs!

Excellent selection and very friendly customer service. The rep went through all of the different juices with me and made some recommendations considering the mod that I had. The menu is very thorough and helpful as well. They have lots of different specials and very good prices on juice and mods. All items are very high quality and the juice is great. I would highly recommend Sunset Vapor for beginners are seasoned vets.

great little shop. Owner super nice and knowledgeable, First time I’ve been handed a sheet with explanation of ingredients. very cute atmosphere. fits perfectly at the beach. Lots of product. Nice addition to that corner.

Nice store front and really friendly staff. They took there time chatting with me and explaining some things. Unfortunately though, I got completely ripped off. It’s on the consumer to price check but I wouldn’t go here if you are not a local or an experienced vaper.
To elaborate, I am speaking specifically about a purchase of a VAMO V3, $ 30 – 45 everywhere, they charged $ 70, based on that, I can only assume the other products I purchased were overpriced as well. Disappointing to say the least.

All the guys here are on there game. Great shop awesome atmosphere the selection of Juice, Mods, and all the extras are fantastic. Great service counter for modification, repairs, polishing services. Theses guys are just coil crazy. Every time I walk in its like entering a angry dragons layer vape clouds beyond what’s humanly possible. Seriously a shop that’s across from the beach super chill. Check them out they know what’s up.

Five stars… still…Kenneth was awesome and patient and helpful. And they’re doing wonderful improvements to the shop. It’s more inviting and warm every time I come in. Great shop for the novice and experienced vapers alike!

super chill spot. the staff are really cool and make you feel welcome. they’re very knowledgable and helpful. Huge variety of juice and a bunch of mods/​accessories. the help-​yourself tasting station is great. you can just sit there and sample as much as you want.
