Get what you pay for– but worth it for a trim if you have found a good hairstylist ;-)

First, since when is a supercut $ 19? The customer service at this store made the cost of the haircut more painful than it should have been.
We were not greeted by either one of the two stylists when we came in. In fact we were not acknowledged for about 10 minutes. Then we were told the wait would be 5 minutes, which turned out to be 20.
While we were there one of the stylists was rude in her manner of speech, even saying the f-​word in front of my 14 year old.
Overall this shop is very unprofessional.

I took my freshman, 14 year old, daughter here the other evening. She wanted to go to an expensive salon, but the salon I go to was already closed. It was 6:30 and they got her in right away. My daughter is very shy and the red haired lady who did her hair was very friendly. My daughter also has a ton of hair and it usually takes people forever to give her a trim, but I was impressed with how efficient this lady was. Overall we had a great experience. I gave it 4 stars because the salon looks a bit run down.

I just took my 13 year old daughter to this location for her third haircut (ever) in life. She was very nervous and has especially long hair. The staff was very friendly upon our arrival and took my daughter to the work station right away. Seeing that she was nervous, they asked me to come sit in the chair next to her during her haircut. They did an amazing job with my daughter and her friends really like her new hairstyle. I would highly recommend this location if you want friendly and professional services. Not to mention, the prices are very affordable.

Ava is amazing. Friendly and can cut hair to perfection. She is a HB native and rocks a cute smile!

Over the last 10+ years the staff at this location has cut/​styled hair my son, daughter and myself and have been very satisfied. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Called to make an appointment and they said I was all good and then when I went to get my cut they said I didn’t make an appointment like wtf?! Smh supercuts smh…

STAY AWAY FROM BRUCE!!!
Well I thought I would give this Supercuts a try… Big Mistake!!! My God the butcher that cut my hair was the Worst ! WHO puts product in the persons hair before you cut it! Other then only getting a name at the end when I asked, he gave me a run down of everything he was doing as he was doing it. Then kept saying how good it looked… I’m not sure if he was trying to convince himself, or me.
When I got home and washed my hair and tried yes Tried to style it… What a hot mess!
So I am going to call him out cause I don’t what to give the other stylists I bad wrap.
BRUCE was his name.
My God This was a HUGE mistake.
After being told by several friends that I needed to get it fixed… I did go back that day. My hair was fixed as best as KIM could do. Miracle Worker Kim rocked!
So Bruce get –1,000,000,000 Star!

My hair cut was done in a timely manner. I didn’t have to wait very long. She cut my hair exactly as I asked. I was pleased with the results. The shop was super clean.

Very reasonably priced, friendly and attentive to what you’re looking for. Before I would go to a budget barber shop to get a quick cut and then I noticed the tools and blades are better quality to deal with my thick hair. Thinking about it now, the cheaper places are very abrupt with their services but Supercuts kept everything well paced in order to get what you want. You get what you pay for, and it’s more likely accurate to what you want.
My stylist (Ava) was very nice and understanding. I know in most cases people judge hair salons by the way they do your do but you also have to acknowledge how your own hair is grown and works. So I had a better grasp of how to care for my hair. All was done smoothly with a good rinse and some product!
Service was great, I was more inclined to leave a bigger tip. They want to make sure you leave with confidence.
Not too chit-​chatty, which I usually prefer because there’s just something therapeutic about the vibrating teeth of those clippers caressing my head that leaves me silent.

In a nutshell: Hidden spot sharing a strip mall with a Sport Clips.
I guess I’m not a man for choosing Supercuts over Sport Clips. Oh well. Came here on the way back from eating a brunch buffet near Huntington Pier. I fell asleep twice during my haircut, but my stylist didn’t mind.

Kind of a small place, but it was fine since I was the only customer in the place when I got there.

Went straight from the door to the chair when I walked in. I also called ahead. Make sure you do that if you pan on hitting up a Supercuts.

Kimberly cut my hair. I learn my stylists’ names because I stare at their cosmetology certificate while I get my herrrr did. She did a great job with my fade and shampoo. She even used a leave-​in conditioner because she recognized that I had dry skin. Then she topped the whole experience off by styling my hair in a way that my gf approved of. Boom.

Got a quality haircut from a knowledged stylist, and walked out of their in about 30 minutes. Awesome.

I have been to many Supercuts and I have to say that this one is exceptionally clean! I walked in and was greeted and then had Jose cut my hair. He listened to everything I wanted and gave me the best hair cut I have ever received! His attention to detail is amazing! I usually walk out after a hair cut finding a few of those random hairs that the stylist didn’t see but with Jose I walked out completely satisfied! I would recommend him to anyone! I have sent a few people to see him and everyone always leaves very happy!

Just had an amazing gentlemen’s cut done by Jose here and made it worth my while. He doesn’t rush and makes the cut Tailor made for you guys! Try him out!

Looking for ppl who can do a simple precision cut without paying an arm and a leg? This is the place! I’ve been there twice and both times I have had an excellent experience. First was Matthew, then Jose. Both were capable, professional, and gave me exactly what I wanted without the BS or wasting time. The whole haircut probably lasted about 20 min including the shampoo and a quickdry (not a blowdry bc I can do that myself). In and Out! That’s what I like. I hate paying high dollar for something than can be done for $ 16. Products are awesome too. PERIOD

This Supercuts is a hidden treasure. Located next to the Albertson’s in the Newland Center it c a n be hard to miss. The whole staff is very talented. You will be surprised at the service, cleanliness and friendliness. Plus, the haircuts are fantastic. Give them a visit.
