I always think it’s so stupid when people review fast food places, but holy hell, this one is so, so slow I can’t even believe Taco Bell Corporate hasn’t done anything. It took me 25 min to go through the drive through tonight and I don’t think it’s ever taken less than 15 minutes. Honestly.

Slow, slow, slow.
Been coming here for years, drive thru and walk in have been getting slower. Finally last straw, we waited at the drive thru entrance for 10min, no movement. Driver behind and in front of me bailed. I pulled out and went inside. 2 people eating 1 in line in front of me ordering. My order receipt said 6:13pm, finally got food at 6:32. On our way out, same cars were still trapped in the drive through. Didn’t look all that frantic from inside, just slow moving workers.
This location seems to miss my items or request about 50% of the time as well. Other taco bells are not great at this, but more like 25%.
Not going back here, there’s two others close enough by.

This Taco Bell has gotten so bad — Never again. The taco meat doesn’t even taste like meat. Look at ingredient list!!! Used to eat here all the time years ago.

I was in this past week and the location was very clean. I was surprised at how nice it looked. The only problem I have is with the worker. He looked as if though he was on drugs. He was light skinned with glasses, I think his name was Ruddy or something like that. Anyways, he seemed very uninterested and like he hated his job. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but this kid just deserves it. I will not be returning to this location.

Went threw the drive thru around 4:45, there was 3 cars in front of me and it took damn near 25 min. I get home, open my chicken quesadilla and it’s not even cut into slices. Not only that but the guy who took my order and gave me my food was rude. I get it, you work in fast food but this was just pure laziness.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to, the one on Edinger is much better.
The Cinnabon delights– they didn’t roll them in sugar like other TBs do.
The cheesy gordita crunch was soggy as if they made it an hour before and let it sit.
The Mexican pizza was also soggy as if they had it ready before!
Will never be back to this location.

I’ve been here about 4 times. I always like the food. It’s fairly consistent. My only complaint is always having to double check my order because it is always missing an item or two. I worked fast food in my younger years too! It’s not that difficult. You just have to care… a little!

This is not a fast location at lunch time… the food is just exactly what you expect, but don’t expect to make it in and out of here fast. There is usually only one cashier running (even in there is a bunch of people in line).
Don’t think the drive through is any faster. You’ll be sitting in your car wondering why no one is moving.
but the important part is the food. The orders have been accurate and the food is made right. so this place is A-​OK

This place is usually great. However, occasionally when I ask for extra cheese or chicken… my request falls on deaf ears (drive thru only) but I am charged the added fee. Also, just recently… I was asked to wait out front for a pizza, I waited 15 minutes before having to re-​enter the drive thru once more to ask for the pizza that I had been waiting for only to be told that my pizza was never made. I was so upset that I just left with asking for a refund. SMH!

One of the stops for snacks on the way home from work. Now, its not exactly healthy, but the service is quick, you can add or delete items to personalize your order and its relatively cheap!

I go to taco bell because its close to my sisters house and every time I go through the drive thru I get the same worker she rushes through my order and is just so rude practically throwing my food at me and yanking my debit card from my hand and one time rushed giving me my drink to where the lid came off and it spilt all over my car she didn’t even apologize or offer a single napkin to clean my car and I. Just so rude.

The chola working the drive thru takes her fast food job way too seriously. Apparently this location has a HOT SAUCE POLICY 1 per Taco 2 per burrito. She out up a fight when I asked for more sauce, so I told her ill just return my food, which she quickly and happily said okay that’s fine. So I asked to speak to her manager and all of a sudden she was willing to give me more hot sauce. Don’t f*** with a man and his Hot sauce!

I ordered a Loaded Potato Griller & Beefy Nacho Griller for $ 1.98.
The Potatoes were very good, the Nacho Cheese was great, the Bacon Bits were delicious and the Sour Cream was good.
The Beef was good, the Nacho Cheese was great and the Red Strips were crunchy.
A nice compact Meal from this Drive Thru.

Taco Bell & Pizza Hut location. ok.
Order a Personal Pizza with breadsticks from the drive thru.
Had to pull out front and wait for it, ok its pizza makes sense.
Didnt take long to get my order and I was on my way. I get back to work and notice. NO NAPKINS! Cmon! Personal Pizza and bread sticks and not a single napkin?!

Dorritos Locos Tacos! Keep adding chips to you’re food and I’ll keep coming back! Its you’re typical taco bell. Fake mexican fast food. Clean spot. Used to have a bunch of kids hanging out at all hours but I havent seen them in a while.

Well I would have given it 5 stars but I mean really how can you give a taco bell 5 stars?
In general this is a pretty good taco bell, its clean and the dining area has been updated, and they never mess up my order. So if you weight it against other taco bells this is a great one.

In the 5 years I have been working nearby, I have frequented this taco bell many many times. Yesterday was the last time i will even think about going to a taco hell.
I almost ALWAYS get nachos — either supreme or bigger. then i also had a chicken double deckered taco and a chicken burrito. all of it went down fine. but 2 hours later, it wasn’t sitting well. infact, i was making me nauseous. I, who is known for a cast iron stomach, was very nauseous and could not focus on work when i went home that nite, i threw it all up. nauseous went away. did i get to have dinner that nite? no.
taco bell, you were a subpar luch quick fixin. no longer.
