The Detailing Pros

My Acura TL cost $ 275 to detail. But it was so worth the extra dough for The Detailing Pros. I should have taken before and after photos, it was night and day! Customer service is top quality! The owner Mel made me feel so important and you can tell he knows his stuff and has extreme attention to detail (which he has instilled in his team).
Mel also arrived to store early to drive me to my work (a couple miles away) and Miranda returned my car at the end of the day to my work. She was even using a cloth to rub her hand prints off the car when I met her to sign paperwork outside my office. I can’t say anything more about the attention to detail and customer service… A++
I will definitely be a returning customer.

Recently I purchased a 2013 BMW 5 series and unfortunately the previous owner did not take care of the paint on the car. All over the car were spider web type scratches that I was unable to remove on my own with either wax or polish.
I went onto Unilocal and sorted the top rated auto detailers in Huntington Beach. I took my car to 4 of the top rated detailers and after speaking with each shop I decided to trust the job to Mel at The Detailing Pros.
The primary reason I went with Mel is that through the process of visiting these shops I realized that what my car needed was considered paint restoration. Mel at the Detailing Pros actually specializes in paint restoration and has had years of experience restoring paint on both classic cars and new cars who’s paint requires this process.
The process took all day and to my amazement The Detailing Pros were able to restore my car to showroom condition. Mel may not do the most volume but the work he does is A1. As a side note Mel actually trains many detailers including some that are ranked very highly on Unilocal.
I’ll be bringing my car in every 6 months or so to allow Mel to help me keep the car in perfect condition.

Mel and the rest of the crew are awesome! Took my brand new black GMC Acadia in for the paint protection and it looks better than it did when I took it off the lot and I don’t need to worry about waxing every month or two!!!

I am so happy I decided to go here after looking at 20 car detail reviews on Unilocal.I purchased my boyfriend’s company car Honda Accord 2008 that had only been to your basic car washes for the past 7 years. I met with the owner Mel and told him my budget. I was absolutely thrilled when I picked up up my car as it looked brand new inside and out. Many of my neighbor’s also commented that my newly detailed 2008 Honda looked better than my boyfriend’s new 2016 company car. A tremendous thank you to Mel and his staff especially Candace the office manager for such a positive experience. I would definitely go back and also recommend his service to my friends.

Amazing service! Just like the comments below, my car looks exactly when I bought it or even newer! Mel really helped me out! My VW had a couple of scratches in it and he covered them up. He did an amazing job inside and out! Will definitely be coming back soon! Thanks Mel and everyone that helped make my car brand new!

My car looks cleaner than it did when I bought it. They cleaned every crevice, and even buffed out some scratches. Mel (the owner) was super accommodating. I felt like my car was safe and in good hands. It’s a little tucked away, but it’s in the strip mall. If you want to go home, they can drive you! Super awesome.

I have had my car for 2 years and have to admit it has not been waxed since we purchased it, wash yes, wax no. I dropped it off to Mel and The Detailing Pros and when I picked it up, it was as if we had just driven it off the lot! The shine was spectacular, the stains on the carpets no longer there, it was a new car all over again. I will definitely be returning, but won’t be waiting another 2 years this time.

I came into the detailing pros yesterday to find that they they were closed. The owner Mel was here and spoke with me about his shop. My question for Mel was what made his shop the best. He explained to me that he has been in the business of detailing for 45 years and teaches his trade to other aspiring detaileds all over the world. I have a 2006 jeep Cherokee and Mel made it look brand new. He also made it clear that what he does is his passion and I believe that shows in his work. I would strongly recommend the detailing pros to everyone.

Had the extreme pleasure of having my new car detailed by Mel Craig yesterday. I had heard a great deal of positive comments about his work, had met Mel as he joined our chamber of commerce and knew he had a great personality and passion for his work. So I was looking forward to seeing him in action and I could not have been more pleased. The devil is in the details and for Mel that drives the core values to which he ascribes to. The car was already in great shape but Mel went the extra mile by bringing every inch of color to like brand new status. The before and after pics were amazing, deeper more vibrant color, all scratch marks gone, swirl marks disappeared, wheels like new. Mel brings the same level of detail concern to the interior as well. I could not have been happier with his work and I highly recommend Mel Craig and the Detailing Pros for any car detailing you need done on whatever kind of car you have, be it luxury, vintage, custom or your every day family car. You will not be disappointed!

Everyone is super friendly. It seems like they really love what they do so you know what that means. they are good at it and are professionals. My car looks amazing inside and out. I would highly recommend you go to them to detail your car. You will get your moneys worth. My headlights looks amazing as well. They used to be foggy. After they finished with my car it looks about 7 years newer than it really is.
