I’ve been using this store for years and their customer service is awesome! Sometimes I need to print out receipts and they let me use their computers! I will never use another shipping store!

Nothing but praise for the store, the staff are really helpful and even though it’s a smaller location it works really well.
Parking is in the plaza and this location is really convenient.
Like with all the other UPS franchise stores they have all the shipping supplies I needed to send a few items across country.
Not sure if everybody knows this, but they are a notary too.

WORST location! I have unfortunately been here several times because they are the closest location to my home. I try not to spend a dime here because of how awful they treat you. This location charges for free UPS packaging and will ask you to drop off USPS items at the post office if you do not use them for shipping cost! Really? The post office is a block away! How hard would it be to accept a flat envelope that the post office will pick up? It’s called good business and customer service. Heaven forbid you bring in your own shipping label. I cannot believe how rude they are about turning you down for a free UPS envelope! I wish UPS would shut them down.

It’s a bit of a small store & kind of awkwardly set up, but the service is friendly & knowledgable. It’s pretty expensive though, but you’ll find comfort in knowing that your packages will be delivered when they say they are.

Had to mail out a package and found this place that’s located in the 5 point plaza. There’s P.O. box mailbox available for rent, copy machines, and a bunch of random gadgets. There was about 2 people ahead of me in line and 2 workers, the lady worker was nice and very considerate; apologized for the wait and was very friendly. My package didn’t have the address label on it, and she was nice enough to print one for me. Definitely coming back here to send out a package!

LOVE this UPS store! Highly recommend! I have shipped numerous packages here and have always been pleased. They are friendly when you enter, offer great shipping rates, advise on shipping methods and quality service to meet my needs! I only recently for out about this location, it’s tucked into the 5 Points shopping center, between Bank of America and the Java place and they are my first stop now whenever I need to ship something!
