IS THIS A REAL COMPANY?
I placed an order in January and I am still waiting for Delivery!
I have tried to call them regarding my order but have been given the run around? There is always someone to TAKE an order or your MONEY, but if you want to followup on an order — forget about it!!! There is NO ONE HOME in the Customer Service Department and the Management WILL NOT take the calls and inquiries. I ordered a small end table in January for my Mom’s birthday, and it was NEVER SHIPPED — And they billed my credit card in January of course. Don’t you hate it when a company puts you through this agony and you’e only RECOURSE is to call your Credit Card company to dispute the billing for LACK OF RECEIPT?
I would NEVER go through «TOUCH OF CLASS again — This is really a sham company — close to Internet Fraud? Think TWICE before you place an order on-​line with these guys!!!
