I have had my insurance with Trinity One for many years. They were able to get me fantastic coverage and saved me money, but what was more important to me was having the reliability that both Johnny and Brent provide. I’ve been with Trinity One Insurance for about three years for homeowners, renters, and commercial property insurance. I came to the guys having just inherited an apartment building and they walked me through exactly what type of coverage I should have. Since then, they have been extremely proactive answering my sometimes stupid questions about my coverage and in updating my policy whenever needed. I highly endorse this team.

I worked in the auto insurance claims industry for 9 yrs and know how important great customer service is! He is very knowledgeable and if he doesn’t have the answer he will get it for you. I just recently switched to Trinity one insurance and I’m so thankful that I did! It is so hard to find honest people these days who truly have your best interest in mind but I’ve found that with Johnny. In a recent incident I had with my car he was right there to guide me and answer all of my many questions about the necessary steps that needed to be taken and was just readily available to help in any way he could. Johnny makes it so easy and you can tell right away these guys have your back. The only regret I have is not switching to them earlier. I would recommend them to anyone.

Johnny and Brent have kept me well covered for years. They are full service. Honest and trustworthy when picking the right coverage and super helpful when you need to use that coverage. Anytime I’ve had to get insurance to cover something, I’ve always called them first and they’ve made the process so easy, answering all my questions about the process, deductible, coverage, etc. They make insurance a no brainer.

I have been a client of Trinity One since the beginning! Johnny, Brent and team have always taken good care of me and have helped me deal with the insurance companies in regards to accidents, vehicle theft, etc. It is much better to have an insurance rep than trying to deal with the insurance companies directly!

I have worked with both Johnny Salas and Brent Haner at trinity one. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have had two floods in my home and the home coverage they provided me with was more than I ever could have gotten myself. They know what you need to be truly covered.
