The WORST cut and style of competive swim wear I have ever come across. Don’t waste your time or money. I would provide pictures, however they are not approriate for public display.
I don’t typically give negative reviews, feel free to verify. I am only reviewing this company because I hope to save another swimmer/​parent the issues we had to deal with in regards to my daughter’s team suit during her senior swim season. She had MAJOR wardrobe malfunctions due to the cut of the suit, during races. They made a second attempt at the suit and it was no better. My daughter had to finish out her last HS season in a plain practice suit.
They may be nice and they may make effort, but the bottomline is the product doesn’t perform well.

When considering a company to purchase swim team items, we were apprehensive about whom to purchase from. After recommendations from other parents, we decided to purchase our swim team parkas from Truwest and was amazed with the quality and workmanship that they offer.
We met Gary when picking up the order and he was very pleasant to deal with! We were given a personal tour of the plant and was able to see how they are made and some of the additional features they offer!
I would not hesitate to make additional purchases there in the future.

Truwest exceeded all my expectations! I have been ordering clothing for my son’s swim and water polo teams for the last 3 years. I have used other apparel companies so I can fairly say this one stands out. Christy and the staff are friendly, experienced, creative and respond quickly to phone calls or emails. My senior boys created their own design for their water polo suits and Truwest did a perfect job making it into a suit. Their clothing and suits are of excellent quality. After ordering the turn around time is faster than anywhere else I’ve ever ordered from. Their service, staff, experience, and prices are the top notch!

So pleased with this company. This is my second year dealing with them for my son’s High School Water Polo team and each time they deliver above and beyond. They produced our suits just in time for our tournament (without any rush fees), they helped us out with great prices on making our swim caps compliant with the new requirements, and again this year with our new suits, they produced them in a much quicker than anticipated timeline. The boys were elated they got their suits in time, and the quality is very good! Highly recommend this company!

AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME!!! Cannot recommend them enough. TruWest is the only swim company I recommend or work with to create amazing custom suits for my swimmers. Christie and her team are unbelievably helpful, friendly and easy to work with. This company is a one stop shop for water polo, swim and tri athletes. They have it all and they can make anything custom you seek. I would give them 10 stars if Unilocal would allow it.

I called to ask about a team parka for my daughter’s swim meets. The website said it could take 6 – 8 weeks so I wanted to confirm. I also was unsure about the size to buy since I didn’t want to buy a new one every year. I spoke with Gary and he told me I could come by in a few hours with a parka in my daughter’s size and with her name on it! I don’t know how I could get better customer service than that! But then he surprised me with a free swimsuit he and his daughter designed that my daughter absolutely loves! I highly recommend Tru West for all the best! I will be back again soon! Oh and he could put any original design on a swimsuit too! What a great idea!

Buyer beware. We bought several team items from this company, but the sizing was off on one of the items. First of all, the prices are outrageously expensive. We got the run around on the phone and via email when we attempted to exchange the item. The customer service is awful. When we brought in the item, the person at the counter was rude.

We just tried calling this company for product information and before I could even say the product we were interested in I was interrupted numerous times. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone based on the first impression I got. The man who answered the phone was so rude. I told him my name and the company I was calling from and the reply I received was horrible.
