Called this UPS Store today to ask a quick question. A lady answered the phone by asking me to hold. I remained on hold for 10 minutes. Never once did anyone pick up and let me know they would be with me shortly. At the ten minute mark I was over waiting and hung up. I’ll be going elsewhere with my business.

This UPS is awesome. The people that work in it are angles sent from heaven. I walked in with a tall, irregularly shaped delicate item that was not wrapped or packaged at all. The delivery guy who picks up the packages would be there in an hour. that whole hour the manager helped me secure and package my item perfectly. They saved my skin for sure and took time to help me with out hesitation or without me even asking. The item was shipped to another country and it arrived un scathed. Super grateful, thank you again.

Three stars for convenience. Most of the employees don’t excel in customer service though. Improvement in this area would result in another star or two.

Usually pay my SCE bill here. Cash only payments on utility bills but they charge no service fees. Fast, convenient (on the way to and from work), and friendly service.
