I’m 66 years old. This is the best Dr. I have ever had. She really cares about her patients.

Dr. Nguyen is very efficient, very smart, prompt and caring. She listens and never rush.
I have been looking for good family physician for quite some time. I finally found someone I trust
to take care of my health. Being a physician for myself I know who is the good one.
Staff are courteous. For last one year, I always saw doctor on my appointment time.

I have been seeing Dr Jackie for about 20 years and she is very caring, informative, and knowledgable. She has seen me through diabetes, cancer, hep c, and a host of other problems and she is the best!

Here is my second review for this business and I have to say it was a much better experience! I decided to go in last minute & was accommodated by friendly staff. Honestly this was my first time really interacting with Dr Nguyen and she was charming and listened to me. I was given what I needed and was in & out with RX, labs & a flu shot in less than 30 minutes!
As for the front office staff who lost my stuff, they were promptly let go once the doctor found out. It was mailed without her being notified & she didn’t approve of the action.
I would be happy to come back again based on my experience with Dr Nguyen & the new office staff!

While I can’t speak for the reviewer who unfortunately had a bad time with the front office, I’m going to throw my two cents here because Dr. Nguyen has been awesome over the years. I definitely appreciate never having to endlessly wait around to get seen by her. Moreover, Dr. Nguyen’s never made me feel rushed, she knows her stuff and she’s a champ for sticking around whenever I had questions. Kudos to her personable nature — a huge plus for me and for all of her other patients, I’m sure — and also to her staff for reminding me the day before my appointments. It goes without saying that I have nothing but a thumbs up for Dr. Nguyen. Heck, I still make the drive through nasty traffic to see her even after moving back to LA a couple of years ago.
