Absolutely the best! I called several companies and received four quotes. When KC and his crew came out, they knocked me out with what they could do. They automated my door locks, put a video doorbell in, put a Sonos stereo system throughout my house that I can control through my phone or my tv remote. Next, they automated our televisions and hid all the equipment, put controlled lighting in and we’re starting on the backyard next!
Not only was this done in one day, but they explained everything in great detail so I wasn’t shell shocked when they left. The customer service is second to none. They respond immediately, no matter what time of day and can solve any possible problem (usually my human error) within minutes.
Our home was a logistical nightmare for wifi throughout due to the three stories and all the steel that blocked signals. I now have wifi in every room including the garage and haven’t had an issue since! We love it!
They are very professional and offer solutions for everything you could possibly think of at an affordable price. We highly recommend Vertex — great company and they’re super smart!!!

These guys are the best! I bought my new house and KC and his team not only mounted my tvs and made them beautiful, they also automated my garage and my front door! They truly are a one stop shop for all your home technology needs. I can’t wait to use them for my automated roller shades and lighting control next year.

We’ve been using Vertex for years before the name change when it was Inner Media. KC and his team are big on customer service and always do a great job with our tv and sound needs. Shane, senior technician, fixed a problem we had last week and did an excellent job. Wouldn’t call anyone else for media needs.

These people are hard workers and honest. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my business!

Our California home surround, outside stereo/​TV and thermostat system is great. We can control the system with an easy to use remote control or iPhone ap. The sound is fabulous and being able to control our thermostats remotely is perfect for us. We split our time between AZ and Ca and this feature is ideal for anyone who travels.
The work was completed cleanly and without any problems.
I would highly recommend this company for any of your AV needs.
